We Like the accesible room, however being on the ground floor there can be alot of noise from floor above.

I personally believe that Yakima, similar to Tacoma Washington, gets a lot of flak for their reputations 30 years ago. I’d invite anyone to explore the area and stay here if you do. Great accommodations, delicious restaurants nearby, and an overall good vibe.

Property and staff were okay. Nothing to be excited about, but nothing to complain about. Pool was really warm, which was nice to a point, but it was as warm as the hot tub, so you don't really get the refreshing feeling like a typical pool. There was a lot of sand (or something similar) in the pool, mainly around the steps. Breakfast was average. Rooms were clean and well stocked. Beds were pretty firm and the room heater was loud, and would wake me up whenever it turned on over night.

Polite, knowledgeable and professional staff. Clean and spacious rooms.

This was a very nice and clean hotel. My only complaint is that the immediate area surrounding it was very rundown.

Feels like home

Love it here

We ski at White Pass during week days and usually stay 1 night in Yakima. Two days of skiing and no long drive home. We've stayed at a few mid-budget hotels during the past few years - our stay last week was the best we've had in 2 years. The indoor pool and hot tub were actually working!

This probably sounds crazy, but this was my experience. This was by far one of the worst days I’ve ever had in any hotel. I chose this because it was close by my school for a decent price. I just got out of the hospital and had family come say hi and see how I was doing and was threatened to have the police come and kick me out because I only put one person staying on the reservation. I asked for the my money back and was told “You can leave, but we’re still keeping the money“. Upon leaving, I was charged an extra $175 of which they refused to give me an itemized list of expenses. They told me “because you look like you do drugs!and you stayed for six days”. I paid for six days five nights so I told them this doesn’t matter and that I still need to know why they charged me and they told me I need to leave or they will call the police. This was just a terrible experience.

They let my dogs out of the room and had the cops pick them up and take them them they didn't refund me. And the owner harassed me and the kid working was like 15. Alone working.rude and not cool
