The lady at the front desk was really sweet and wonderful to deal with. The breakfast was really good and well stocked. All the staff was amazing and accommodating. On the negative; do better government of Washington… They have a fair amount of government subsidized long term homeless renters that are unruly, rude, abusive towards the staff, make a mess on the property and just in general make the stay a little stressful. It was awful to watch helplessly as these people abused the hotel staff and the property in general. The unruly homeless in general what made the area unsafe. The hotel is forced to have the very people that are terrorizing citizens stay in their hotel. They take up all the main floor rooms and when we drove past one person was just naked laying on the bed. The other had a full camp style BBQ set up smoking away just outside their room. Through out all of the scary interactions the staff had with the unruly homeless occupants. The staff remained polite, calm and respectful of these hooligans ans their inflated sense of entitlement(knowingly having power over the poor staff). I offered to dial 911 on one occasion and the poor lady said it wouldn’t help as the Police take the side of the homeless and it just makes the homeless abuse them more and break more things. They did have a few elderly homeless long term guests that were very polite and seemed to be grateful for the use of the property.

Good deal for the price and convenient location in town. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The property was alright staff security was a bit over the top but thats all
