The lady at the front desk was very sweet but the rest of the stay was horrible just horrible

We didn’t actually stay! It’s cheap for a reason.. booked in advance but buddy refused to stay on arrival.. didn’t even get out of the car! The nice, young lady on the street out front gave us a wave but not enough to convince a stay was a good idea considering our budget

This place was awful. I showed up and they did not have a room for us. They said someone should have called and told me. No on callled me.

Horrible stay... bed was broken, room smelled like smoke, hotel was near a rail road tracks and it didn't say when making a reservation the night was noisy and we couldn't sleep. Cleanliness was not so good to many hairs around the bather sink and in the shower on the chairs.

I did not like that there were guest with loud music and were allowed to keep the loud music until late (real late). The room only had 02 adult towels, 02 medium and 02 hand towels. We had a 02 day stay and the towels were not changed.

When I first got there, the girl at the front just was very rude. She tried to tell me I didn’t have a room even though I booked it days ahead after speaking to the manager they found my room lol also, I was told that they tried calling me and it didn’t go through. Honestly, I do not think they were calling the right number because I didn’t have no problem with anybody else calling me, she be calling in front of me trying to make me look stupid and it didn’t go through but honestly I don’t think she was dialing the right number on purpose I seen reviews with other customers, saying the same thing that they weren’t receiving calls from them either and the same issue saying they didn’t have a room for them when they got there, but finally at the end, the manager found my room out of nowhere that was literally the only issue I had they need to work on Customer Service and also on how they book peoples rooms

We got to the room after being out and our door didn't open. So they had to remove the windows to get in and we had to jump the window to open the door and retrieve our belongings. Then they moved us to another room and the door didn't lock even if we locked from inside it would open. We then were moved to a 3rd room. All this happened at midnight. The lady at the desk was very helpful throught this.

My room was cancelled the day of my stay and we were scrambling to find another place to stay. No voicemail was left or anything to inform me of this.

They didnt provide refrigerator are micowave even after i payed for it

You can do it better than Motel 6 don’t risk your family
