Them: Are you sure? Because you look familiar. If you don’t like this room you should probably leave”
I’m from DC, I should have known better. It’s worth it to go right up the street (LITERALLY) to Silver Spring. Mater of fact use the app and go ANYWHERE it here. Also I think it’s a temporary shelter too. (Do what you want with that information)

For the price, it’s good enough to sleep in if you’re very tired, but the environment is not the best. It truly does feel like a motel. Bedsheets are not clean. There’s no exhaust in the bathroom. The toilet does not flush properly. Again, it is what it is for the price.

The shower curtain rod would not hold the shower curtain so that it actually stopped the water from getting on the bathroom floor.
No additional blankets were available at the hotel.
The lighting in the room was very poor.
There was no comfortable seating.

Understand this is one of the cheapest hotels in the DC area. You are in the hood, there are roaches, the place reeks of smoke,.. But for the price you can’t complain. Totally worth the price!

My door doesn't close properly, it was stuck, there was a cockroach in my bathtub, and there's no hot water to take a shower. I couldn't take a shower. There was noise at the window all night.

We paid and they tried to tell us that we didn’t pay and on top of that used a different card than we had on file, had us call customer service and wait for a response. They took an hour. We just got off work with our child it was a convience yet they decided to try to push us away, as well as tried to make us pay again when money was already taken out of our account. Customer service couldn’t even contact the landline they said they had. Customer service stated that they weren’t a real hotel. They couldn’t be found on their website.
