Worst hotel stay no towels until 1am no toilet paper tv didn’t work til I fixed it with my cord they have it online that they have washer and dryers but don’t I’m not happy at all

Do not stay here. First, during check in the employee had to keep going to rooms to see of they were cleaned, and she took my credit card with her each time which caused great concern. The hotel is VERY dirty, stains everywhere on carpet. Vending machines or lack of completely empty. The room had no garbage can. No wash clothes, just 2 small towels and a shower that wouldnt drain. Most concerning, the window could be just pushed open and off the frame. This facility need torn down as I believe there are poeple living there. Horrible.

They changed me to four different rooms because they all have a problem like one had a window broken another one had a broken lock another one had the air conditioner out of the wall and broken another one was all messed up but was not made there were bunch of dirty Linens in top another one had a broken TV and there were roaches I asked for my money back and the guy that was in front said that he was not going to give us anything to call corporate and he did not want to give off his name then he said that his name was Tom we went to the authorities the police said that his name was Ezekiel he's a black guy trying to talk in a different accent pretending to be from another country he's overcharged me he took out from my account double of the amount which was $448 my friend that was with me complaint also he took out double as well because we complain so that's why at the end we went to the police and they told us that his name was Ezekiel and they've been trying to shut that hotel down. PLEASE PEOPLE DONT GO THERE it's not safe I forgot to look at their reviews.

I booked on this site (expidea) it was listed as "pet friendly" and "free breakfast" When I got there I went to get the key to our room and I was hassled with "this is no longer pet friendly" I stated he IS a service dog (I have a fainting disorder) He is ADA certified. I was told that they would not accept me and after a long discussion she "called her boss" and he said the would only accept me is I have them $200 is cash and IF the room was fine they would give it back. Fine whatever. I asked for a pillow, a blankets and sheets for the pull out and had to wait 45 minutes for them to be brought to me. They did not bring a pillow or blanket just a fitted sheet and a flat sheet. The room was dirty and the tv did not turn off or down I had to unplug it to get to sleep. The bed didn't have a skirt on instead it was wrapped in plastic. It was a king room with a pull out and I was given 2 towels one wash cloth and no mat for the floor. The "free breakfast" had a make a waffle station with waffle mix and syrup and 2 bagels and nothing a few pieces of days old fruit. That was it. (And we were there at 8:30am) finally at check out I waited at the desk for 35 minutes and no one came to the desk. I called the number online for the hotel and he said "I'll be down in the next 45 minutes I'm with a customer" 20 minutes later he came down and as rude. Then I had to wait another 15 minutes for our room to be "inspected" before reviving my 200$ back. Honestly it was a whole mess.

They did not have a room on the 17 my check in late evening the room they had the air conditioner was not working room was hot and dirty carpet stains and smells i have been fighting with them to cancel they have not do far And i cant get you all to help

The inside of the hotel looked like spot that changes by the hour. Carpet in main hallway torn up, floor squeaked as you walked, whole inside main area and room smelled like bleach. The bleach smell gave me a headache. The bed didn't look clean, and there was no night staff. Only a police officer. I checked in but came back later in the evening and checked out.

It was dirty unsafe some of the staff was not helpful. No staff was there on 3rd shift TVs wouldn’t work in the rooms, smelt like dogs, cats, and other animals a place that I would not recommend anyone to go. The Health department needs to come and shut it down. I had to clean my own room because it was filthy you have to see it for yourself, but I would not get a room there first and last time that I would be there I’ve gone too many La Quinta Inn suites this is the first one I’ve seen looks like this and the ones who’s running it should be a shame of themselves because the manager’s office look terrible too and to bring kids to work with the building in that condition that says a lot about the people who’s running that place I could say more and what I said it’s kinda nice coming from me

I really should have paid attention to the other reviews. If I could review with 0 stars, I would. Upon arrival, the front desk woman kept her head down watching her tablet completely ignoring us, with zero customer service manners. I asked if she had a room at ground level. She looked at the computer, grabbed a key and started walking towards the hallway (without saying a word, I didn’t know what she was doing), then she came back and gave me the key to a room at lower level. When we entered the room, it had a horrible strong odor, horrible mattress, walls that looked under construction, but the odor was enough for me to go back to the front desk and ask if we could get another room. She rolled her eyes and said no. I asked why, since I had another room reserved for me and the one she gave was a trade, so my original room was still available. She replied very rude saying that I had gotten what I paid for, if I didn’t like it, I could get out and go find another hotel. She had said that the manager was on the property but she refused to page him. When I asked for a customer service phone number, she just put her head down again back to watch her movies or whatever. Again, if you can, avoid this property at all cost. They should be closed down as it is a shame for the brand. Zero quality, zero service.

Kids running in the halls. Grown people laying in hallways, no hot water for 2 of the 4 days I was there, room had bad odor, fridge did not work, and the tv only had one channel. It seems as if the staff lived there. Not the best stay at all.

We walked in Hotel, and it was filthy. Floors, walls, and clerk didn’t even get up to help us. We walked out and never stayed in that dump. People hanging out in parking lot made us feel unsafe and we didn’t want to leave our car there. Corporate needs to address this property. Expedia so far has been no help in getting charges resolved.

First off let me explain the audacity of this place..I walk in there is not one person at the front desk. It was kids playing in the lobby and behind the front desk wow!..after 12am...when they should be sleep for one thing. The two kids had to go outside an get the young lady who works the front desk... So I said okay unprofessional. Really thought I was going to get a good night sleep. Nope! 😐 Booked a King room wasn't available but was available on line. So the young lady checked us into a Double room I was okay with it. Get to the room the door was open.it wouldn't close so we had to slam cool small thing only one night we will be okay... Pull the covers back on the bed an I was disappointed because I was soo sleepy. Hair and crumbs from the last guess who slept in the bed. Sheets was never changed. Didn't even want to take a picture. Asked for another room to accommodate this Atrocity of the matter. Didn't have any rooms so I asked for a full refund but never again. I was pissed because I ended up sleeping in my car and my refund 3-5 business days! Unhappy all the way around.

It was an awful experience at Quality Inn, Columbus, OH!! I had reserved 2 rooms and when we reached at 2AM on the day of the check-in, we got keys for 2 rooms. We were able to get inside one room but other room key was not working. Also, we were hearing someone talking from inside. When checked at the front desk, they did not even provide an alternate room and one family ended up staying in car until morning. Front desk staff asked us to check with Manager, but manager did not even show up at the hotel. I have even tried to reach out via an email, but they did not have courtesy to reply to an email and acknowledge. They did not even refund the amount for one room. Front desk staff always points to manager for any issues but manager does not even show up to the hotel. We waited till 10AM in the morning for the manager, but no luck. Totally, it was a terrible experience at this hotel. I would never chose Quality Inn for my any of my future trips. I don't even recommend this to my friends.

This hotel is so gross. The room was filthy, there was trash and dirty linens in the hallways when we checked in and when we checked out. There are stains everywhere, the bathroom floor was sticky, the hallway on the first floor was sucked in on one side. While checking into the hotel, the front desk woman was literally on the phone with her friend and it was very confusing as to when she was talking to me and when she was talking to her friend because she never hung up or paused her call. On top of all that the ice machine and the TV were broken. Seriously, don't come to this hotel.
