Nice quiet budget place, the building is definitely a bit older, but the keep up with repairs and make sure it's clean. Great views also

This hotel was ok for the price but I definitely wouldn't have paid any more than what I did to stay there (around $70/night when I booked). Certainly not the worst I've stayed in but definitely could be better. The furniture/walls/doors were pretty beat up and our curtains and our comforter had a bunch of holes in them. Seemed clean for the most part except for what appeared to be a blood stain that I found on the boxspring. Non-smoking hotel supposedly but the hallways and lobby smelled of cigarettes and weed. Also, the staircase was apparently "out of order" so good luck if there's a fire I guess. I will say every staff member I dealt with was very pleasant.

The staff was kind, the breakfast was great, and the room was clean. I’d stay again.
Other thoughts:
The area wasn’t the best with lots of noise from the 24/7 gas station across the street.

Don't expect a 5* hotel. For $75/night, it gets the job done. Room was clean and secured. Mattress isn't the most comfortable, but sufficed. Ice machine looked broke and hand a towel uinder it in the hall, but with just staying for the night so didn't need ice. Would definitely stay here again

Told me last minute that it was a 100$ deposit after I paid the amount for the room and I called and asked no one told me that it was a 100$ deposit to get the room when I got there

Loud noise at night from the traffic. Everything is old and beat down. Shower didn’t get full pressure. Bed cover had a cigarette hole in it when we arrived.. people smoking around building. Generally terrible
