The staff was really nice with my boyfriend and I. They easily checked us in and out. The room was very nice and clean. Plus, we were surprised to see a stove in it, along with other items to use to cook with. Not to mention, this hotel isnt too far from the university and provides a safe space to stay.

Room was clean. Bathroom in very good condition. Only problem was the guy at checkin desk, very ill tempered. Took forever to attend me and then was upset because I adked him why did it take more than 15 to take care of me.

Check in was easy and the man at the front desk was very friendly and explained everything. Room was nice but nothing fancy. The bed was comfy. AC worked, and it was very quiet. Price was affordable for deciding on a last minute trip. I've stayed before and will stay again.

Room wasn’t terrible for the cost but there was a random cat roaming the lobby during breakfast and cat poop in the hallway right outside our door that the staff neglected to clean up. The sausage gravy was ice cold. We were going to use the microwave to heat it up but it was absolutely disgusting on the inside. Overall not a very clean place to stay but didn’t expect a 5 star hotel for what we payed. I will pay the extra to stay elsewhere next time.

The hotel is run down. No upkeep on anything. The curtains in our room were dirty and falling off the hooks. Trim from walls missing everywhere. "Something" that looked a lot like puke in the hallway floors. Could not understand staff that was behind counter. Someone tried to come into our room very late at night. Will not stay here again and would never suggest it to anyone else

There was an unidentified red stain on our blanket and others on the walls. The carpet was horrendous and the shower was very dirty and had hair in it. The only upside was they do serve breakfast and its proximity to the rooster next door…

The hotel overall was ok, the mouse droppings in the stairwell that everyone used to get to the second floor were gross. Morning breakfast wasn’t keep full, biscuits, eggs, and gravy were all empty at 8:30 in the morning. Then the water went out…we stayed there for a family wedding and ended up washing up with cold bottled water. So could have been better.

Amazing View of the Mountains from the front. Resteraunt On Site, Comfortable beds. Room a little outdated. Had to plung my own toilet. Outdoor pool was closed. Breakfast was excellent.

The staff were accommodating, but that's it. The Place was dirty, there were numerous "Stick Bugs" on thew walls in the entrance and hallway. When we got to our room, I had to eliminate several bugs that made their way into the room and were waiting for us. The comforter on the bed smelled. There was debris in the sick, like someone forgot to clean it. The rugs were severely worn and dirty. Even though it was a smoke free hotel, the place wreaked of Marijuana. The smell was awful. We checked out after the first night and requested a refund.

We arrived at 9 pm Fri for a 2 night stay. When we woke up Saturday to get ready to meet our kids at WVU for parent's weekend, we discovered there was no water. The hotel said it would be on in 15 minutes, then noon, then weren't sure when. Now, we still had to find a place to shower and get ready. The hotel management just kept telling us it wasn't their fault and were less than sympathetic. They even wanted to charge us for bottled water to brush our teeth. We did end up getting it for free. The water was on by the time we returned that evening. The hotel did not off an apology or even a discount for our trouble. Will not stay with this hotel again.

There was hair bath tub mildew around tub. Breakfast eggs like rubber and sausage gravy tastwd like chalk.how can they allow employees use gues laundry room we waited all day .one of employees told us to wait.never going back again .i wouldnt stay there
