Staff friendly and accommodating Place needs refurbishment, looks worn

I arrived around 5:30 pm - the first room I was given in this "Completely Non-Smoking" facility, was located on the dark side of the parking lot and smelled terribly of cigarette smoke. I returned to the desk clerk for a different room assignment. Room #2 (on the well-lit side), had a door that simply would not open. The desk clerk also made several failed attempts only to blame the maintenance crew. Room #3 did not smell of cigarettes and the door opened. So, I accepted that room and went out for the evening. Upon my return for the night, I realized this room had a strong smell of marijuana, which I was told the management cannot control. Also, the hot water was not working. After several tries, I found hot water came from the "Cold" faucets. The next morning, I went to the desk clerk, explained the issues (he said "...Oh yeah, the faucets are reversed in that room"), and requested a different room. Room #4 was smaller, not well-lit, and had dirty carpet - no thank you. Instead, I went to the market, bought a strong room freshener spray, and returned to room #3 for my stay. Later that morning, room #3 door would not open. I returned to the desk clerk again, was told not to put my room key anywhere near my phone, car keys, or wallet (what?!?) While the personnel were friendly and helpful, the facility was very poor, not Non-Smoking, and I was not offered a discount for my inconvenience. I will not be staying there again and do not recommend this property.

Floors had not been vacumned - dust balls, sand. Rooms in dire need of updating. Wyndham should be ashamed to have their name associated with this Ramada.

Place was “tired”. You could tell they were trying to update.

They didnt have the suite room we reserved for our family. Gave us two smaller rooms. TV wasnt working right in on. Bug traps loaded with bugs and we saw live cockroach in on room. Everything that could be in shabby condition was. Everything seemed cheap, broken or in some state of disrepair. The odor of weed filled the hallway. The door lesding in from outside didnt lock, so anyone could acces the interior hallway. I didnt feel comfortable or safe here. I will never book a stay at a Ramada again

The manager wasn’t a nice person. I felt stereotype for being black in the hotel also one of the staff members had throw away my breakfast and didn’t allow me to get something to eat. Over the years traveling to different states and countries and staying in various hotels Ramada by Rockville center was the worst worst worst hotel I have ever stayed at and honestly I cannot give a good response at all. From the manager straight down to his staff wasn’t helpful or customer oriented.

Door lock didnt work. Room smelled of smoke. Got a refund.

Everyone was very nice it was very clean and the breakfast was convenient and good quality

The front desk was very friendly and attentive. It is a 20 min walk to the nearby train.

Cockroaches everywhere in this property

you can here the traffic at night from the main road but the most important thing was i felt safe so i can’t complain about city noise 😂🤗
