I liked the convenient location. I absolutely loved the online check in. When they said to add any special request I asked for a room with walking shower and a shower chair for my 93 y old mom it was done. I didn’t have to talk to anyone. The breakfast is reasonable and filling. The only thing and not a big deal, the chair in the room is too close to the bathroom door maybe a smaller one would be better when they are updating.

The rooms were nice and roomy. Although we did not swim in the pool because of the cool temperatures, the pool is beautiful and large. The breakfast was well stocked and tasty. The staff was very quick to address any of our needs. There is an IHOP restaurant right on the property and a Bob Evans restaurant a mile down the road. It is also right next to the main highway and you can get pretty much anything you want within a few minutes drive. We will definitely keep this hotel in mind anytime we travel to the Tampa area.

Area somewhat noisy, signs everywhere about strict no smoking in. or on front of rooms, but marijuana smell and tobacco smell and cigarette butts are everywhere at night. My tub had about 1/3 of the finished cracked and chipped off, I would not have taken a bath there. Bed was fine. The shower had a very odd way to change the temperature; basically, I had to experiment until I found what I wanted. Sink drain was slow. Had to hold the toilet handle down 30 seconds for toilet to flush completely. Breakfast was excellent and varied. Staff very nice and professional. Towels replaced daily but bed not made up and sheets not replaced. Internet ok. Overpriced considering everything.

We booked this hotel due to the good reviews but it was not a good experience! It’s an overpriced motel. On the good side reception staff is nice and helpful and rooms are clean. On the bad side the rooms are too small, super noisy you hear everyone walking by and the worse was the lady from the house keeping! She was waking us up every morning and almost kick us out of the room. Location is too far from Tampa and other areas. For the price you pay you are better off in another better hotel chain.

The place was nice the food was very fresh . At the end of our stay . I always fill the room for proof that it want damage while making that video I didn’t realize I left a pair of diamond earrings on the light. Until got home to unpack the next day reviewed the video because I knew where I had put them called the desk and the supervisor told me that she didn’t have time to deal with this that her staff had been 5 years and she doesn’t have the time. I said ma’am it’s Christmas please ask her because they were left there and a guy checked the room so either her or him had to see them. Asked for the the corporate number and she refused to give me the number she hung up in my face. I can’t find the number on the Internet for the Mason office.

The first room they assigned us to had the worst bed I have ever seen. It had absolutely no padding left and was totally worn out! My wife and I do a lot of traveling and never came across a bed so totally destroyed and still being used by a hotel.
The electrical outlet in the bathroom did not work.
Checking in after a 3 hour ride I could really use a restroom but was told none was available in the check in area…wrong..they just didn’t want it used…great, thanks…

It was priced reasonably, the rooms are nice, the beds and pillows are nice..the staff was very nice from check in to check out..also there is an IHOP in the parking lot..the IHOP drinks are expensive so it’s a good thing that this property has vending machines..my fiance is a Marine that lives Tampa so I travel often and this is the hotel that I stay every time I come to Tampa..

The room smelled wet and moist, (I was going to overlook that) . I then saw a bug on the sheets and kept looking and found two more. Took pictures went to front desk…. Was told bed bugs only come out at 3:00 am. That those was cockroaches. She moved us to another room which had knats (bugs) flying in the bathroom.
