Made a reservation for a suite with two rooms, as I was traveling with my teenaged child. Arrived and was told the room I reserved had never been cleaned. Took a studio room as a replacement, no refund, found no linens for the pull-out sofa.

The room was very comfortable and clean. We were disappointed to learn once we checked in that the pool was closed. We had a young child with us that was looking forward to swimming.
Also, the hallway on floor two smelled like marijuana so badly at all times.

I liked the space in the rooms-very comfortable. Breakfast choices are fabulous. I can still eat low calorie if I choose to. The exercise room was clean and had the equipment I use at my home gym. The hotel was clean but smelled like bug spray. We did see a cockroach in the lobby area. I would still go back even after seeing a roach. Hotels will battle this forever a cost of traveling. It was evident they were dealing with it.
