The office manager. Gary was very nice and very knowledgeable at check in and check out times. He made me feel very welcomed to the hotel. My room was clean with coffee to make in the room. I had a quiet room and I felt safe. Thank you

Very pleased with our stay at the Rodeway Inn in Colorado Springs. It hit our top three priorities. Affordable, breakfast included, and good location. Fancy hotels are not super important to us. It was very clean. Super close to all the activities we wanted to do in Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs. Only real complaint was the lighting wasn’t very good in our room. For the price, this place was excellent.

Decent hotel for the price. Perfect for what I needed, and you can tell that they try to keep up this aging hotel as much as possible. Friendly staff.

The deposit held was nearly twice the room rate. That's sketchy. The room smelled like feet. Other than that, it's about what you'd expect for this quality of a hotel.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on this hotel.
Name is Diane . The rooms are dirty, not just dusty but serious dirty... see photos. Lights broken, plaster falling off the walls, hiles in the walls, there were burn holes in the sheets!!!! In the parking lot you had people who hung out in their broken down cars all day, then at night sat there smoking in them. With kids. Thefront of the hotel is half boarded up. Looks like a crack house and smells like it too. See pictures for examples. Hotels.com should take this place off their list. What a crap hole. Seriously the owners should be embarased at what they offer for breakfast.

Could have been worse. But the property is bare minimum for a hotel, clean bed and sheets nothing more. Back parking lot was weird, painting and hotel fixtures were done on a budget & careless for sure. Breakfast is limited to the waffle machine and hotel coffee. I definitely would not stay here again, but it was okay for the two nights we stayed here since we were really only looking for a sleeping spot.

Although the hotel was an older one, the staff was fabulous. Minimal continental breakfast but acceptable. The pillows were too soft, but the bed was perfect. The best part was the cleanliness of the room. Even the glass and mirrors were immaculate. Economical, very clean and near Old Colorado City for loads of food, shopping and entertainment.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!! I’ve stayed at over 50 hotels in the last few years. From really nice to cheap I’ve never checked in and immediately checked out before. There was broken down cars all over the parking lot done with tents attached looked like people living in them. Boarded up side of the building and rear part looked like a junk yard. The floor to my room was sloped like it would fall apart any time. We felt very unsafe and checked out. The owner refuses to give us a refund. The hotel is not as pictured or described. I’ve never left a bad review before and if they at least refunded me I wouldn’t have but no one especially with a family should stay here.

It was great until the last night. Other guests were loud, rude, and kept us up until 4am. Tried calling front desk, but it is unmanned after 11pm, so not much we could do. Otherwise an amazing stay! Kids loved the make your own waffle station at breakfast.
