It was overall pretty nice. I do think the rooms could have been a bit cleaner, I do have children and I didn’t feel comfortable letting them walk around barefoot or crawl because I did notice the floors were dirty. Other than that I thought it was a good stay.

The older gentleman who checked me in was a shining example of the old-school, high quality customer service our society lacks today. He is an exemplary gentleman, and a credit to his family and his employer. The man deserves a SUBSTANTIAL raise and a significant bump in perks and benefits.

The shower had not been cleaned. It had long black hair on the floor and walls of the shower. Also, the floor did not look like it had been mopped.

When I checked in staff was friendly and property was clean. The only thing I have to say is that I had schedule a airport shuttle and it was never really scheduled. When I asked in the morning if they could call a shuttle and do a quick pick up he said I wasn't on the schedule and that the airport was a quick 10 minute walk (at 5:15 am which I thought was rude to tell a customer). He did proceeded to call a shuttle. At that same moment a taxi came to the door to drop someone and I was able to get that taxi to take me because my flight was in 30 minutes.

This hotel was located close to the airport so it was quite convenient and surprisingly quiet, we did not hear any of the planes at all.
This aside, it is rundown, marginally clean, and staff behavior somewhat questionable.

I very much appreciated the early check in and the help the staff have me with getting the Door Dash app set up on my phone - they really went above and beyond!! I highly recommend this stay, especially since it is just a quick walk to the airport (so close I didn't even need their shuttle service!)
