Great location, quiet, great food and shopping options within walking distance. Noticed small cleaning issues, lots of neglected dust etc. but other than that, it was a great stay!

I was there for a business trip. My room was super small and no desk to put my laptop on. Can’t use the fridge and I was on the 15th floor and had to go all the way down to the seventh to get ice because none of the floors in between had it.

Staff was really nice and the service was awesome. Elizabeth is one of the managers and her customer service is second to none. I was having some issues with my room. When I informed her, she took care of everything and made it ok. I’ve been to Royal Palm on several occasions and he always exceeds my expectations. Thank you so much Elizabeth, you’re the best. The hotel’s location is great, we stayed there for 3 days. Our room wasn’t even cleaned once, I specifically went down to the front desk to request for our room to be cleaned. It wasn’t still done, when I told them about the situation they said that room charges for 2 days will be refunded but however they still charged me. I wouldn’t recommend to stay at this hotel.

The room was not clean when we came. There was sand in one of the beds, sand on the floor and there was a teeth floss on the floor. The rooms are not sound proof, we could hear everything from our neighbor. The walls are very thin. None of the days we had the towels we needed and the didn’t new toilet paper. We asked to change rooms after the first night, the lady at the reception told us that we would get a text message later to let us know when the room would be ready, we never got this message and when we went back to the reception they told us there was no note in the system. The location of the hotel is very convenient, the staff is nice but I would not stay there again.

Royal palm was great, checkin was easy fast and efficient, the hotel was in a perfect location. The bar, and pool area was amazing. The air didn’t work and we asked for someone to fix it and they never came but it was January so it wasn’t bad and just slept with the balcony door open at night, we had to ask for clean towels three times and were handed we thought dirty ones by the made, but finally got new clean ones from the front desk.

I liked that is was centrally located and near the beach. I did not like, there was no heat in the room, the bed and mattress was old and made loud creaking noises, its probably 20 years old, My wife and I need a chiropractor because now our backs and neck are in pain. The room I was giving when asked for the upgrade has a conference room underneath near the window staff was re-arranging a dinning area as early as 6:30 am and we couldn't sleep. we hadn't taken vacation in 3 years and the sleeping arrangement and no heat affected our health.
