Originally booked the king room for one for about a week, had a friend spontaneously decide to fly in and come stay aswell. The room was incredibly clean, very cozy, nicely decorated, and had TONS of storage space.The kitchen supplied everything we needed. The room and king bed ended up being perfect, if not more than big enough, for the two of us. Definitely recommend downloading the Sonder app during your stay, very easy to use, has digital room key so you don't have to punch in the code each time, makes it super easy to request a late/early checkout or check-in, and the customer service team is extremely timely and helpful. We needed extra towels at 5am, sent a message, got a response in minutes and a bag of fresh towels were at our door by 7am. The area is very safe and there is a coffee shop and very nice market extremely close as well as plenty of nice restaurants. Was such a nice place to stay and I would absolutely stay again in the future and would recommend it to others aswell!

There is not a front desk to check in. You have to make sure you look at your email which will give you an access code to open your room door. There is friendly staff around most of the time to help. Rooms were a good size and comfortable.

Room was clean and pleasant and location was excellent. For me, as i am a very light sleeper, the air conditioner that would start up every hour or so, combined with a second floor room near the hotels generators made for poor sleep.

Nothing is unique about this hotel other than lack of human touch. The hotel's location is one of the best. However, for the value of money, this is the most terrible hotel that I have ever stepped a foot. the aircon is not functioning, the TV is unnecessarily complicated, and above all horrible check-in and check-out processes? They may think that they are anticipating future hotels but nothing seems to be functioning. It is a rip off to say the least.

From arrival the door code did not work, however we were able to contact someone quickly for a key. The room, living room and bathroom were disgusting. So much hair and so much dirt on the floors we were scared to take our shoes off. Next to this the room smelled rancid and as did the hallway and elevators. Also, no rugs in the room. Terrible quality sheets. I literally went out and bought a swifter and used both the wet and dry pads on the floor. They were full of hair dust and dirt. We cut our stay and moved hotels.

This was the perfect place to stay, it was central to everywhere and the bus/subway was a short walk. There are heaps of places to eat close by and the door staff were lovey and always helpful. It didn’t really mention it on the site but there is a laundry there that you can use, you just need to have your own detergent. I also loved that we had a kitchenette during our stay

Kitchen sink was choked. Bathtub too. Emailed for service but the maintenance guy came 2 days later. Anyway since i could live with it for 2 days, i decided to live with it for another 2 days. I left and extended my stay in another hotel

Apartment was clean, quiet and spacious. Kitchen pretty small but usable. We had a problem with the key code pad stopping working during our stay and communication with Sonder was poor but the issue did get resolved ok. Heating unit cannot be controlled from within the apartment and was so hot (94 degrees) so we had to call the maintenance guy who eventually agreed to turn it off altogether. Overall I would recommend.

I loved how self-contained and walkable this property was. The sliding wall didn't close all the way between the bedroom and the living room. There was a piece of pizza in the freezer that wasn't from us. The shower curtain wasn't long enough and would create a puddle outside the shower if you weren't careful.

This place is perfect. I wish I could honestly live here . I felt so at home. They have a parking garage next to them that is 24/7. I have a Dodge caravan so they charged me about 55 a night though . The parking in front of the building is available after 7pm as they say. but don't park on the right side of the srreet. The amenities were perfect and I definitely would love to stay here again .
