I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sonesta Charlotte Lower South End Hotel, and I can confidently say it was a wonderful experience! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the modern and stylish design of the lobby and common areas. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile.
My room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I also appreciated the large windows that offered plenty of natural light and a nice view of the surrounding area.

No breakfast included. Person serving breakfast was extremely rude and condescending. Breakfast was a dried out egg croissant that we threw away. Elevators were dirty with food and coffee on the floor. So was the hallway. No lock on bathroom door. Extremely poor lighting.

The properties outside doesn’t look anything like the inside (I think there getting something’s worked on). The inside is VERY nice. You can tell it’s kept up very well. They have a starbucks in the morning time and then a bar in the evening. The staff members were also very nice and helpful. I loved how you didn’t have access into the hotel after a certain time without key and you couldn’t get up the elevator without a key as well. We had a room on the 16th floor, it was very quiet, peaceful, and the balcony gave great views to the fall building downtown. Overall I would definitely stay here when we come back
