Great hotel for the great price! I have to stay in the area 2-3 times a year and this is where my prefered hotel to stay at! For the price the room can't be beat and the staff has always been great!

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience was so poor that I feel compelled to. I stayed here on three separate occasions. The first and last time, I got my deposit back. The 2nd time there was clearly an error on their part and my deposit wasnt refunded. Multiple times I called and was told it was still processing. After a month, I asked to speak to a manager. 3 separate occasions I was promised a call back that never happened. Finally, they gave me a random cell phone number and tried it until a woman finally answered. I told her what the issue was and she claimed she would investigate it and call me back in a few hours. I waited 3 days and called her back. At that point she was extremely rude and told me they were keeping my deposit for smoking. First, I dont smoke. I travel extensively for work. I stayed in hotels over 100 nights in 2024 and NEVER got charged a smoking fee. Second, I stayed in the hotel before and after the time that I was charged without incident. Thirdly, the paperwork you sign at check in claims a $250 charge for smoking, so why wasnt I charged that instead of $75? She insulted me, called me a liar and said to do what I have to do she didnt care. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and 6 weeks later they refunded me. I was patient, explained the situation, and gave them every opportunity to correct this before taking it this far and was met with incompetence and rudeness at every turn. Next I'll be contacting corporate. You lose, lady.

We were s bit skeptical due to previous experience at adidferthotel we high ratings. We were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness if the hotel. There was minimal noise and everything was in working order. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. We appreciated having mini fridge and microwave. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice and clean property! Smells great too. We will be back next month!

Location is great!

The hotel is lovely, welcoming and super clean. The staff was very kind and patient. My room was terrific, equipped with a nice big love seat for lounging and probably the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Even the coffee (Starbucks) was a step above most hotel coffee! Only minor issue was that the water for my shower would not run warm even after running it for 10 minutes, but that can be adjusted. Overall, I highly recommend this place and would for sure stay there again.

Water was out most of the second day and when it came on it was unfiltered so I couldn’t use the facilities there. Pool also was dirty.

Charged me an extra fee as a hold and wouldn’t tell me what it was for. They said it should be refunded which I was aware of but more upset about why it was even charged/processed in the first place. Very annoying.

Check in was extremely difficult, representative did not speak English well and he was very rude. Told me my card declined. He was putting in the wrong cvc code. My father is handicap and he told him to move away from the check in desk while he was trying to keep his balance. We finally get to the room the couch in the room had big gapping holes in it with the padding hanging out. We ask for another room the tv doesn’t work in the second room. We get to the third room and the sound doesn’t work on the tv. We asked an housekeeper where the elevator was she held up her hand and scurried off thru a side door. This hotel is very run down, bad customer service, they double charged my card for the hotel room then told me I couldn’t get a receipt or a print out of the charges I’d have to contact Expedia. I do not recommend this almost ruined my thanksgiving. Because it’s in Brookfield a really nice area you’d think it would be a better hotel. Stay away!!!

Great customer service! Quiet for the most part. Could have been cleaner but then again I’m not complaining. A good hotel to go to if you need to make it make sense monetarily.

Found multi begs in room and crawling on the bed ,as well as black mold on the bathroom wall

The check in was very straightforward, and when we got to our room, everything was working except the television. Was only offered a room change, when we were already settled in. It’s all around very average and carpets are outdated. Will consider returning for another stay.
