We stayed at Sonesta last night because of the snow storm. My wife was working in Scarsdale and the ride home would have been too treacherous.
The hotel was beautiful, the room was very nice and clean.
Check in was terrific thanks to Patty at the Front Desk who was very helpful.
We only had one complaint: the shower. My wife wanted to shower after work. The water was cold at best and the water pressure was very weak. Someone from Maintenance (very nice) came up and fixed the temperature but in doing so the pressure was even weaker, My wife showered and figured it would be better in the morning. I wanted to get in the shower and again only cold water (we had the faucet handle all the way to the left) and weak pressure, almost like a light rainfall.
But that was the only issue. We had dinner and then breakfast. The food was good and we had a very nice waiter.
We would probably come back again

The Sonesta in White Plains has done a nice renovation/upgrade to its lobby-level bar/restaurant area. Very nice. The rooms are very nicely-appointed, I love how dog-friendly the hotel is, and the staff are great, professional and helpful and friendly.

The property is clean and nice. The fact that you have to pay for parking is crazy! I’ve stayed at several hotels and never have I ever had to pay for parking when I stayed. Plus a destination fee this is not a tropical island.

Hotel Was Amazing.. The Pool Was So Warm It Felt Like A Summer Day, Everything Was Clean And The Staff Was Very Nice. If I Had To Complain, I’d Say The Waters Were 5$ And The Food Wasnt Good, Pancakes For 4 Came Out To 108$ And Nobody Even My Kids Finished Them. Cheesecake Factory Was a 1 Minute Walk Away, As Was Neiman Marcus And The Mall.. Great Location Parking Simple, Just Needs Better Food.

My stay was perfect! I arrived super tired and was greeted with a smile and they took care of my parking validation. The room was perfect as it was in a quiet spot so I got plenty rest. The room was perfect and the bed was huge and comfy. The hotel is in perfect proximity for all my business needs in WP.
