Was very impressed with the management and my room was so comfy it was hard for me to leave it. A/c was really cold, walk in shower was very comfy. I slept like a baby. All appliances worked and no problems at all. The manager told me they don’t tow anymore so that is a big improvement. I am glad the hotel is better than the reviews. Thank you for such a relaxing stay!

The hotel has its pleasant aspects, including the pool and hot tub, but the front desk staff could have been more welcoming. Although my room was clean, it’s like they forgot they own a pool, with a lack of towels that they did not want to give us due to the room being “serviced” already, and those available were stained and dirty.

While the room itself was generally clean, I found the condition of the bathroom to be unacceptable. Upon turning on the light, I noticed several strands of long black hair (which were not mine, as I have short brown hair) on the bathroom wall. Additionally, I observed small insects emerging from cracks in the bathroom, which I had not noticed earlier because the light had been off.
I was quite taken aback by these issues and, unfortunately, did not take photos at the time due to feeling grossed out by the situation.

Stayed 2 nights to watch a Starship launch.
For the price it surpassed my expectations. Clean and large room.
Only problems: no hangers or shelves, noisy freezer, no holder for the toilet paper.
I would recommend it if you are on a budget.

Room was not properly clean and walls were peeling from moisture. Was awaken at 3am by fighting guests on second floor and police were involved. I was not the peaceful getaway I expected.

Stayed here once before and was not bad. Was with someone who liked it cold so I went to the office to ask for a blanket since there was not one on our bed. Was told they did not have any. What do you mean you don’t have a blanket? You’re a hotel/motel…then was told they would check and informed all rooms were booked and they had no blankets when I could clearly see rooms not rented out that had thicker blankets in the beds. Will not stay here again

Stove, table, microwave were rusted. Hair dryer did not work and the phones cord in the back was cut, no way to get a hold of front desk. Had to walk to office at 3am due to phone not working and people banging on door.

The only positive thing I can say about my stay is that they allowed dogs and it was a last min booking. We were booked in front of the pool and the other guests had their toddles and kids running around banging the windows late at night. The pool had a closing hour but the families stayed past their time.

Hotel was affordable but could of been cleaned better. Some of our towels had stains on them still, the toilet didnt flush which wasnt a big big problem for us since we only needed the room for a couple of hours of sleep but it was inconvenient. I also didnt like how the maids tried coming into the room at 10 in the morning when chrckout isnt until 11. They had no right or reason to try to come in and when the lock didnt let the door open the first time they tried, they kept slamming the door back another 2 times until they gave up. Really rude and an ugly way to wake up.

The property was cleaned from the outside and we rented here twice before with no issues..this time at check in I asked for a downstairs cause of my knees they told me they couldn’t accommodate my request..then added several charges that are different from online..charging me xtra 25 for my minor daughter and 10 for property something or other…then went to our room to find sand in our beds..hair in our shower don’t know if it was boogers or vomit splash on the wall next to the toilet..floors not mopped..mirrors were dirty..when we went to ask for another room or at least a discount for the inconvenience they said they couldn’t accommodate and the manager will go look at the room..manager went to clean the room and said they apologize.. then the protest WiFi didn’t work and neither the tv channels kept turning off…over all the front desk receptionists were rude and acting like we were a burden cause we were complaining about these issues and come to find out another family had the same issue with there room as well..,I even heard the the lady mumble to the other I can’t believe all the rooms are dirty…

Found a roach, tv remote didn’t work, shower still had sand from previous guests, previous toilet paper roll was left from other guests . Need to work on keeping the room cleaner if an extra fee is being charged on top of already the booking of the room.

The sleeper sofa was broken, the air conditioning didnt work well took long time to cool at a decent tempreture, was'nt even cold. we TV didnt work, called the front desk to ask, how the tv worked and they were no help. . would not stay there ever again

This hotel is very inconvenient. They overbook rooms and there isn’t any parking available for people who actually are staying there. The Expedia pictures are very inconsistent with what we got upon arrival. The furniture is very rusted in both room & restroom. The little kitchen area was leaking water from somewhere and was smelling horrible. The pool was completely dirty and water was muggy. That pool area needs a lot of work as it has overgrown weeds growing out of the edges of pool. The night life on hotel premises is very unsafe as there seemed to be a lot of people there who weren’t staying there. We also had forgot our room key one night and we asked one of the cleaners if they could help us and she just unlocked it without asking for any ID. Overall don’t stay here it’s not worth it even if it’s cheap.
