The only hotel I've ever seen with a trundle bed, absolutely a must for big families.

The stay was great overall. Hotel was very clean and nice. U even got a good hour workout in. I will say the front desk lady that checked us in needs to work on her people skills and be more welcoming to the guests. If you don’t like your job, that’s fine, but don’t take it out on guests. She was very rude.

We had to book this hotel on the day of our reservation. The staff was very friendly. The room was in great condition and had plenty of space. Lots of USB charging ports. And the room was very quiet considering there were lots of people in the hotel. if you’re looking for a quiet, clean, new hotel, I would highly recommend this one.

The hotel allowed 45-50 people, adults and children, to have a party in the lobby which made it hard for me and my to check in and get to my room. People were everywhere blocking the walkway. Then this party went beyond midnight and my room was on the 1st floor so I couldn’t sleep until after 2am. My son’s game was at 9:30am so no we didn’t have enough sleep. Why were these people allowed to party in the lobby?? The lobby sliding door was also locked and needed a room card to open it. I stood there until the lobby clerk saw me to let me in. How can people get open the door when they haven’t checked in to get a key?

I taught it was a very nice and clean hotel. During my stay ; unfortunately the bar was closed, I would have really enjoyed experiencing the bar and the cocktails. The only thing I would recommend is for softer toilet paper and maybe add lotion to the bathroom. Other then that , this hotel was perfect. I really like the area , it felt safe.
