Not clean our front desk agent had to check several rooms due rooms being dirty. It was annoying due to the fact we arrived late and still have to wait to get into a room. Hallway was dirty and the room was okay.

I frequent this hotel and I am beyond upset. I had booked a room and they wouldn't check me in stating they were booked full Why the heck book and accept my reservation when you were full?
