What a beautiful property and the staff were so helpful. Everything was clean and the beds were so comfortable! I’m looking forward to staying again sometime and spending more time at the hotel listening to live music at the bar and trying the restaurant next time!

Are stay was great we where in town for a family Christmas. The room was cozy and clean. The beds are a little soft but still comfortable.

This hotel was amazing! It was clean, the staff was incredible, it was easily accessible. It is located in Old Town so you can walk to about anything you could think of to do. Highly recommend!

It was nice to go there for New Year’s Eve, but also the rooftop patio was completely packed which we had no idea about and I called earlier to see what was going on and the receptionist had no idea what was happening. It would’ve been nice to know there was a party on the roof that no one can get into and I would’ve paid to get into that earlier.

The lobby and common areas of the property is very nice. The beds were comfortable and we liked the space in the room. We did have issues with the room. The safe did not work, the sink was clogged and had to be plumbed, and the fridge was broken. The parking difficult. We also had issues with a barking dig on yhe floor.

This was a beautiful hotel loved how close it was to old town restaurants and bars . The dining options at the hotel were also great and not too pricey. All the staff were very friendly . It was CSU graduation and we were here for my daughter’s graduation ! It was an excellent place to stay

Loved the location (close to tons of restaurants and stores) and enjoyed our room. Also loved that they had santa in the lobby with hot chocolate during our stay and they have 3 places to grab drinks/food on site.
I will say that the service at the Emporium was just ok. Not very attentive and on a couple of occasions, they were not sure they could "get us in" even though my family had many rooms rented. Also, our room was not cleaned even we did not have the do not disturb sign up and were gone almost all day. When we called at 4pm, however, they did come up and clean it.

We loved our stay here. The staff were wonderful. Great live music in the two different bars onsite. We love the record player in the room. What a fun idea. Within walking distance to so many great restaurants. We ate at the Crown Pub. Fantastic. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Loved walkability to Old Town. Emporium restaurant was great and LOVED the music theme at hotel...the in room record players and vinyl library...Magic Rat club...and being a huge Bruce fan this was an amazing surprise!
Comfy beds...cozy robes and great amenities. Would definitely stay here again!
