the experience was fantastic from the minute we walked in the door. The spa services was amazing, the staff was attentive, very clean hotel, bedroom ,big bathroom.
we loved our stay, the gym was clean, emasculate, nice and moderate size and a nice movement separate gym.

The staff at the ritz is always top notch. Thank you! The tv in my room needs an upgrade though. Very old fashioned. I couldn’t cast shows to it and the audio was very poor. Other than that, everything was so amazing.

Growing up all you ever hear is comparison to the Ritz how it’s the best and the fanciest. The crem de la crem allegedly. The staff was amazing, Thomas the concierge was amazing helped up plan our day and treated us amazing. The room however was lackluster the view of Central Park was nice, however the mold in the shower team with poorly cleaned room with thick layers of dust on doors and phones etc teamed with a rock hard bed that was not comfortable my disappointed was immeasurable. This is supposed to be the absolute best and it was no where near Espically for the price would considered many others before going back.
