I travel at least 3 to 4 times a month both domestically and internationally. This Westin in Lake Las Vegas was the most disappointing, uncleaned, dated Westin Ive ever been to. Most of the staff was nice to a degree and the hotel lobby ambiance was very well nice until you get to the hotel rooms. Lake Las Vegas is a very upscale and secluded area but this Westin is far off from anything luxurious.

Room was clean, atmosphere was great.shaving light in mirror not working no back up of TP or tissue, toilet had a leak and ran all the time. We told front desk and issues with the TP and tissue where handled right away not sure about the other things. Would definitely would stay again.

Wow was expecting a good stay at this hotel given the price. Check in took over 1 hour because there was a line and one person working. Walking to the room, the carpet in the hallway was very dirty. The room was dated and not that clean either. Overall dissatisfied.
