All the staff were very attentive and pleasant. The place is very clean and well maintained compared to the look of the surrounding area. We liked having 3 metro stations nearby to get in and out of the city. The rooms may seem small, but there was enough space for my husband, my toddler and me. We were on vacation and didn't come to spend the day in the room. Also, my little son loved the bunk bed.

Our experience at this hotel was deeply disappointing. Security staff followed us to our room, which felt intrusive, and we received multiple early-morning check-out reminders. The sheets were dirty, and the room, advertised as having a queen and twin bed, had a twin mattress on the floor. The space was so cramped that the person sleeping on the floor was right next to the toilet.
The view was unpleasant, with buildings close by, and the noise from the nearby subway was constant. Breakfast was inadequate, offering only boiled eggs, which ran out by 8:30 despite being advertised until 9:30. The food quality was very poor.
Though dog-friendly, the area lacked grass, and the only available space was covered in broken glass. The neighborhood felt unsafe at night, with a subway access route passing under a bridge frequented by homeless individuals.
Overall, the stay was uncomfortable and disappointing. Would not recommend.

Good, safe location for commuting to gig in Hamilton Heights. Subway station was across the street and made for easy travel. Shout out to Joseli at the front desk. No complaints. Would stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early, which made our trip so much easier. The location was perfect, right next to the subway station, giving us great access to the city. Everything about our experience was smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and convenience!

We had a great day and the two front desk. Ladies were very helpful and guided us where we needed to go. We’re from California so that definitely helped us. When we come back, we will definitely book with this hotel again. Rooms were small, but it had everything we needed, and we had a view of the city.
