Well located to get in and out of Manhattan without moot spending 300 per night. BED SUPER comfy. Took a moment to find the sweet spot with the heat.

From start to end not good. No heat in the lobby area. Even the staff were wearing winter coats. A small space heater was on a table. The computer system crashed and we had to wait 15 minutes to check in by the heater. Upon entering the room there was duct tape on the closet handles. Top it off they put everyone in the hotel which included a wedding party on our floor. The wedding people returned and were going in and out doors yelling and screaming from 1:00 to 3:00 in the morning. Breakfast was horrible and cold. Upon leaving the elevator was malfunctioning and we needed to take the stairs. We couldn’t wait to leave. None of this is exaggerated. 100% factual.

Difficult to reach. Could not check us in because system was done. Sign in the lobby warned guests to watch over their valuables. Noisy hotel guests between 12:00 midnight and 3:00 am with no help from management. Hotel restaurant under renovation and hotel generally felt dirty. Otherwise, we didn’t have anything nice to say.

Negative -100/10. Had a horrible experience. Nothing was working.
Once I arrived, only one of the two elevators were working. One ice machine was working throughout the entire hotel building. Returning to the hotel from getting food to find that both elevators were out of service.
There were stains on the bedsheet that weren’t touched yet. When asked to get new sheets, I only received one fitted sheet along with two paper thin sheets for the night.
Breakfast was not available as their gas burner was not working but they still couldn’t even put out cold breakfasts.
Then having to evacuate due to a fire that happened. It was very disappointing when trying to evacuate the hotel, the main door to the lobby from the stairway was locked and inaccessible. Having to use a different exit that was on the other side of the building.
I would love to get a refund as the service and location was horrendous.

Nice hotel.
Not a newer hotel.
Some updates and large room.
Breakfast was nothing special and regular.
Eggs. Sausage and cereal.
Planty and basic.
We enjoyed our one night and it reasonably priced.
Two bad things!
Hard to find and our Google maps were very confused.
Very close to expressway and noise was very loud at 6am.
Couldn't sleep after that.
I will not stay again at this location just for noise reason.

The bathroom it was extremely cold even when i was showering with hot water. The shower curtain was dirty. And the filter of the AC was completely dirty like never cleaned. Im asthmatic and i check out with asthma thanks to this error. The rest was good and nice

the elevator was broken however that’s fine bc i was staying on the 3rd floor. when entering the room, the light in the room was broken. the fridge didn’t work. in the shower there’s water coming out of the wall where the shower head is & flowing down to where the shower panels meet the wall which had broken caulking causing the water to go behind the wall. took a different door to the stairwell & couldn't get back into the hotel. there was garbage in the stairwell & tons of garbage piled up in the parking garage. the ice machine on my floor didn’t work.
