The only real issue with the hotel would be that its under construction and only 1 elevator is available. I understand that a business that has chosen to remain open during construction is going to be inconvenience their guests/customers. Now had I stayed before or after construction, I would undoubtedly give this location a 5 star review.

Positives: the bed was amazingly comfortable and the staff was nice. I was allowed to check in early without an extra fee. Also, the airport shuttle wasn’t available so the hotel did get me an Uber at their expense.
Not so positives: the hotel is under construction so you have to go way out of the way to get to and from the rooms. They allegedly have room service but there is no information or menu in the room. There is nothing within walking distance and the only vending machine was for soda. I did eventually find a snack area by the front desk but no one was around so I walked away. Ultimately just went to bed without dinner. Breakfast was confusing. I prepaid a surcharge for breakfast but when I went to get it, I was told i would be charged for my cup of coffee and scrambled eggs (to my room). I was very confused.

It was even in my filter. They lied. No shuttle on a Saturday. Restaurant and bar close early. I chose them based on their Advertised lies.

My tv is crooked, it’s not hooked correctly on the wall. There is so much construction outside the property it makes it almost impossible to get here. The back elevator is hidden and hard to find. However, the check in was fast & room was very clean.

We were told the hotel would have shuttling service to and from the airport. It took 12 times to get someone to answer the phlegm to see about getting the shuttle. Only, to be told it wasn't available. When we checked in after taking a taxi to the hotel the receptionist was very curt and told us the shuttle stopped running at 9pm (we started trying to call for the shuttle shortly before 9pm. When we checked in we asked if we could get reimbursed for the taxi abs she said no. It was only a courtesy for guests. Terrible service.

Two of the three elevators did not work while I was there. Lots of constructions. It wasn't that convenient to get to the room. Clean and safe enough for business trip. Fast check in and out. No hassle, frills nor delicious chocolate chip cookies like they have at the double tree. I do appreciate having the shampoo and bath gels filled for the 4 nights I was there, unlike the Doubletree a block away.

Ok hotel in general. Restaurant and bar closed at 9pm which didn’t work for my late arrival. Renovations had hallways and stairways blocked off. Boulevard side road noise had me waking up every couple of hours from loud hot roads zooming by. I only managed 3-hrs sleep per night. Unfortunate as the rooms were updated and clean, nice room.
I won’t be staying at this Wyndham hotel again.

When I made my reservation, I added breakfast for $20 a day. However, an "included" breakfast limited me to only the 52nd Street plate of three eggs, potatoes, a small piece of ham, and a toasted slice of bread. However, they had a breakfast menu of more variety and less cost per plate. So, signing up for breakfast was not an advantage. It limited me to only one type of breakfast meal each day despite the variety available - and at less cost! The dining area was also cold; not in temperature, but in appearance and furnishing. It was an open area, sparsely furnished, without music, that was not at all inviting. You would likely only eat there if you had no choice; such as having pre-paid for breakfast. I travel often and have stayed at many hotels. This hotel will now be off of my list.
