I have been to Hanoi many times but this time I was very satisfied with M Village. Thank you Van and the manager for their enthusiastic support and understanding of my trip on the day of a big storm in Hanoi. If I come back, I will still choose M Village Ho Guom. Took a look around this hotel for the next time I’m here. It looks great, really comfy rooms, staff are very helpful and friendly. Looking forward to staying here in the future.

very bad service. The water is unstable, either too hot or too cold to bathe. I reminded the staff but it was still the same until the evening of the 2nd day. They also did not check to change rooms during the day. 2 days and not able to take a proper shower. One of my worst travel experiences.

The staff is great, the hotel is very clean, the central location of the bathroom faucet is super strong (my favorite point). Coming back 10 times, I still choose to stay here. Thank you staff for welcoming me. Forgot to ask your name to vote for you 5 stars

The first time I stayed at M Village, I booked a room without windows but didn't feel cramped. New room and furniture. Friendly employee. Will stop by again if I have a chance to go to Hanoi 😘

Called the switchboard to confirm whether Mvillage would issue an invoice and after many calls without answering, a staff member called back and confirmed that an invoice was issued but did not advise clearly that books through Traveloka cannot be issued. The staff is very enthusiastic, but the service system is not convenient and flexible enough.
