The hotel was not like the picture, everything was old, the toilet smelled, was clogged, the air conditioner was noisy, the blankets and mattresses were itchy, in short, it was uninhabitable. I had to rent another hotel.

Thank you for your review of the hotel. The room type you booked is a standard room, with only a hallway window. You requested to change to a room with a window. We have upgraded it for you for free, so this room type will not be the same as the photo of the room you booked. If you are not satisfied with your stay, you can notify us to fix it, but you did not do that. About: air conditioner: there is a silent mode on the remote control to stop the noise. The toilet was clogged because your family put things in and did not flush, but you can notify us to fix it very quickly. We will replace the blankets and sheets completely when the guest checks out. If you are not satisfied, you can notify us to change them. Hope to serve you better next time.

Near My Khe beach, clean, comfortable room with elevator but no windows, reasonable price. The hostess is friendly and hospitable. Many services, located in a Western neighborhood, so many Western dishes.

Friendly employee. Even though I only checked in at 1am, the receptionist had already left the lock and the room was already open and very clean. The room is spacious for 4 people, but the bathroom is a bit small so it's a bit smelly. Wifi is very weak. Most of the time I have to use 4g and the network seems to not connect at all. From the hotel, walking distance to the beach is very close. In front of the hotel there are 3 or 4 convenience supermarkets, next to it is a pharmacy. Although the hotel is located in the western neighborhood, prices around there are reasonable, not too high.

Điểm cộng duy nhất là giá rẻ. Phòng mùi ẩm mốc, tủ lạnh chập chờn không dùng được, cửa không có khoá từ, nước nóng lạnh cũng chập chờn.

Thank you for your review of the hotel. I checked your room, the refrigerator was flickering because the power cord at the back was loose, mine has already plugged it back in. As for hot and cold water, we use solar energy on the roof to go down, so it will take a little while to arrive. The room is damp because it has just gone through the cold season, the air conditioner is dusty and we have cleaned the entire air conditioner. Hope the next time will serve you better.

The hotel is located right on the pedestrian street, quiet, near the sea. The minus point is that you don't actively refill items in the toilet, but you have to let the customer request it first (gvs, toothpaste). The room has only 6 small yellow lights, no bright white lights.

Khách sạn cực kì bẩn, ẩm, thấp, có mùi khó chịu, không sắp xếp phòng như yêu cầu, cũng không xác nhận trước với khách về tình trạng phòng, kệ móc quần áo thì cao lại còn đầy mạng nhện, đến cả ly uống nước cũng không có!!! Quá sức thất vọng! Mình muốn được hoàn tiền!
