Identical room, clean, comfortable. The hotel always burn citronella oil, very pleasant, Breakfast is also very delicious. The staff are polite and friendly. I checked out at 12am, but the hotel still supports the airport at 16h. Anja is definitely a perfect choice for relaxation.

Great. I will come back here with my family. Breakfast changes and lots of delicious dishes are just right. Rooms have no mosquitoes and extremely comfortable facilities, air conditioning and water heaters work well. The staff is quite gentle and polite. I really like.

Checking in the hotel and meeting the manager immediately is very challenging to customers, the reason is that I booked through the app not having to book the hotel directly, my family booked 03 rooms with 02 elderly people over 80 years old and 02 small children but in the end The conversation was not fun, arranged for the family to have a room upstairs to climb the stairs, the rain was filled with water, the old room was not like the picture, but the manager talked too rudely, not because my parents can't be me. would rather lose money to check out and not stay, then the receptionist gave the room with an unhappy attitude, in general a very bad experience for someone who claims to be a hotel manager. The room is old and full of rain. The door is not cleaned by anyone, the next morning you have to call yourself, not clean it yourself, call 2-3 times to have someone clean it up a little, the water is still in a puddle, below is a picture taken in the morning and at night It's like a small lake, a small pool, very dark, nothing to entertain. The location is deep in the alley, 400m from the street. Hotel guests need to pay attention that the manager has secretly recorded speech, so pay attention because this manager thinks that secretly recording guests is to protect customers.

In mid-June, I had a vacation in Phu Quoc and chose Anja to rest. It's surprising because even though it's a 4 * resort, the staff here are very enthusiastic and dedicated, which I have never experienced in many other high-end resorts and hotels. In addition, the space at the resort is quite quiet and gentle. If you have the opportunity to come to Phu Quoc, please try to experience this place

The road to the hotel is a bit difficult to find if moving from another hotel. If you return from the airport, the hotel has a shuttle. Here, only criticizing the hard to find, the rest cannot be criticized 😂

Wifi flicker, some things in the room are broken (phone, shower standing), sometimes power outages. I went on my honeymoon and chose King bed (bungalow), but I put two single cushions together so it was concave in the middle. Lockers are moldy. The hotel location is ok.

the reception is very pleasant, the room is good, the beach is not convenient for bathing because of the depth, the utilities are not much, (maybe I go during the season so) sea of jellyfish, deep beach, I suggest It is advisable to arrange to protect the watchman without danger when going to the sea.
