I couldn't check in to the room even though I had successfully booked a room on the app because the hotel said it was out of room :) The receptionist suggested to book another room for me, the room you booked was a small, old, and unsanitary motel. I didn't agree, and before that, when I waited for you for 30 minutes, I also told you to just refund, no need to find another room. I waited for an hour for you guys to refund me (I gave my booking, invoice, transfer information), but you guys were still very confused even though it was 11pm. And it wasn't until my family was very tired and angry and asked to talk to the manager and wanted it to be resolved immediately so that we could go somewhere else to rest, that they gave me the cash back. Extremely tired of this unprofessional way of working of the hotel

I booked 2 nights in a double bed but at the time of check-in, I received a single bed but only 3 single beds. At night, the bed must use a blanket and a towel to connect the two single beds. I was inconvenient, so I requested a cancellation and a penalty of 30%.

Mostly the photos promise one thing and the reality then could look quite different, but not in the Casablanca! I was pleasantly surprised to find the room like it was pictured on their page. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, they recommended places, shops and restaurants, when I ask for what I was looking for. They also booked my ongoing bus ticket. The breakfast choice was huge and freshly made. The bed comfy, there was AC, a fridge, TV and free WiFi. I booked a single(bed) room, but got a double bed. Location is perfect. All in all a great stay, I highly would recommend this hotel for your stay in Hue!
