Highly recommend for someone who are looking for a comfortable place to stay while spending time to health check up on Cho Ray hospital. Facilities are good enough although the wall is little dirty.

All the Corzum branches I have stayed at, the staff on duty are quite slow. The check-in procedure is also very long each time I check in.

The room is spacious and airy, fully equipped with amenities, but I am not satisfied with the hygiene. The floor was dirty when I entered and the bed sheets were not changed. The headboard was covered with dust. I have stayed in many hotels and homestays, and I know that they do not always change them, but I don't know how many people have used them here without changing them. I found them to be dirty and black because they had been used many times. The bed sheets were also dirty. I did not dare to use the blanket on the first night. I just left it there to prop up my feet, and as a result, I got athlete's foot 2 days later. Luckily, the next day when someone cleaned the room, I asked them to change it before I dared to use it again. I would like to give my feedback so that the home can improve the hygiene issue. As for the quality of the room and service, I am satisfied.

Check-in is automatic, so you must have zalo (open to receive messages from strangers) to receive booking information. And because there is no waiter, any difficulties during the stay are difficult to solve, and there is no one to assist with other problems for strangers. (calling a car, getting food...) is especially bad because there is no elevator. If you have luggage, it will be very difficult to carry it to the upper floors.

The room is clean and fully equipped. Next time I have the opportunity to come to Saigon, I will choose this hotel to stay again.

The room is ok, the location is also good, there is a funny thing, check in time is after 2pm so guests can come in at any time but call every 30 minutes to remind guests, in my opinion it is not to remind guests but to see if they are there. stay or leave the room to them for other guests. I also met the other two people late at night and said they had already booked. The hotel side asked them to send the CCCD image but did not send them the door code information. They just stood there struggling, saying to call the switchboard, but no one listened. You guys are so sloppy

When checking in, bed sheets are still dirty, pillow covers are dirty. The hair in the toilet, the toilet bowl has urine all over the tub. Guests must clean up before use!!!

Không có bãi đỗ xe như quảng cáo nhé mọi người,tới lúc mình hỏi thì nhân viên nói bãi đỗ xe là bãi đổ xe máy 😌 phòng dọn cũng không được sạch lắm, không có thang máy, không cách âm. Phòng thì ở tạm được nha mn
