This may be the first time I'm using a room rental service like this, but I have to check in myself through overly lengthy steps according to instructions from Zalo. and the path upstairs by the automatically lit stairs was very dark, making me scared. and how to open the lock with numbers to get the key to the room. In general, I spent money to rent a room, but checking in and checking out took quite a bit of my time. There is no service staff. Everything that needs support must be called by phone and receive instructions from Zalo and customers will do it themselves.

The room is clean, airy, no smell. Bed sheets, pillows and towels felt a bit dirty. Check-in procedures are quite complicated and there is no motorbike parking space. Parking a car overnight next door costs 40k/night, leaving 2 cars costs 80k for 1 night at a hotel at 500k/night in Ksan. Quite absurd

Phòng nhỏ nhưng thiết kế hợp lý, mọi thứ đều ok, toilet tương đối sạch, phòng cách âm chưa tốt lắm. Trong nhà có chỗ để xe nhưng chính sách mới không cho để xe trong nhà vì lý do an ninh và PCCC, gửi ngoài giá khá cao 40k/ ngày

Phòng chật quá nhỏ cho 2 người ở, dọn dẹp cũng sạch sẽ, mang nhiều hành lý mà phải vác lên tận tầng 3, tv chỉ để làm mẫu không xem được gì, tiện nghi thiếu thốn, ổ cắm trong phòng thì hư hỏng

When I booked the room, I contacted first because I had a lot of luggage, the staff said her room was on the ground floor, finally on the 1st floor, I carried 60kg of luggage upstairs. After getting the key, the lock is too high and hard, breaking the nail still can't get the key. The room is not clean, the bed sheet is torn and there is still old hair. Overall too bad.

Lúc nhận phòng thì vệ sinh không được sạch, mình còn tưởng phòng vừa có người dùng xong, mình có liên hệ lại Homes thì có bạn hỗ trợ dọn lại phòng. Phòng khá nhỏ so với giá tiền, bù lại vị trí nằm ở trung tâm nên di chuyển các địa điểm khác khá tiện lợi. Điểm trừ nữa phòng không có nước uống. Buổi tối đầu tiên mình có trải nghiệm khá tệ, vì phòng trên tầng sinh hoạt rất khuya 2-3g sáng, mình không thể ngủ được vì phòng không cách sam nên rất ồn.
