The room is also quite ok. High view can see quite a bit. The facilities are also quite good and still new. Receptionist is also friendly. Location is also relatively close to the sea, motorbike rental available.

Check in 15 minutes and still can't get into the room because the door card is faulty. Overall Very Bad. Now I believe in the latest reviews. I read them before but didn't really believe them. Arbitrarily opened the door and cleaned the room when the guest went out without a call. Really quite annoying because the luggage was still all over the room.

I booked a double room for 4 nights and got a super cheap price, just over 1 million. The hotel is cleaned daily, the staff is friendly, and the hot water is fixed, which is full points (sometimes there is a lack of hot water for bathing). Overall, I am very satisfied, great experience.

The receptionist I checked in on July 20 was very cute and the security guard was also very friendly. The minus point is that the swimming pool is being renovated, partly I booked this hotel just because it has a swimming pool. The point that makes me give a bad rating here is the service attitude of the receptionist and room service. I ran out of water so my husband went down to the reception to get more water, but the receptionist asked my husband to come to the room and bring it to me, but I waited for nearly an hour and no one brought me water. My husband called down to ask why he didn't bring water to my room, the receptionist asked if I was checking out today and then called to contact the room. It was only 10am. You mean to check out, the guest still didn't need mineral water even though he needed water. Still charging for mineral water, "isn't it a waste"??? When I checked out at 10:30 and said I would rate it on trevaloka, the receptionist said "I didn't know you needed to take medicine", so if it wasn't medicine, wouldn't you bring it to me too (I'm pregnant and I'm tired so I need water and medicine urgently). After the receptionist this morning, July 21, they kept blaming the housekeeping staff, saying they were busy cleaning and couldn't bring me water. It took less than 5 minutes to get me a bottle of water, asking me to wait for them to finish cleaning the room before bringing it to me. Well, the hotel manager asked me if the time the guest needs is to wait for the room to be cleaned before bringing it to the guest, or to be flexible, then let the guest wait nearly an hour until the guest calls back before bringing it back. At first my husband went down to get the stream himself and was already afraid of getting in trouble, so they let the guests wait and then dumped each other like that. While I paid for 4 bottles of mineral water, I didn't have to ask for it for free. Very bad.

I stayed for 4 days and every morning the staff came to clean the room. I took the blanket out of the closet to use but it was a bit dirty. My room was on the 10th floor so even with the air conditioner and fan on, it was still hot in the morning and noon. Otherwise, I think the hotel is ok and worth the money.

The front desk staff in the morning shift has bad service, 3-star hotel, but the fan control is out of battery, the air conditioner is not cold, napping but due to the mirror, the room is bright, just touching the curtain does not have a strong impact but the curtain is not sure, causing sleep loss, call the front desk to solve it, the male receptionist in the morning will take care of changing the shift for the female friend in the afternoon shift and then come back without responsibility at all

I don't know if it's because I'm black, I checked in on Friday but I couldn't clean my room at the end of the day, I had to go down to the front desk to ask for towels :( I rented for 3 nights but I paid on Sunday :( Besides the above, everything is ok, but the hotel should check the hair dryer, my room machine is very weak.
