The hotel room is quite small, unlike the picture. The room has no sound insulation, early morning the water staff is extremely noisy. The hair dryer in the blowing room was a bit weak, and it took only 15 minutes to blow her bangs to dry. Under the reception with a hand dryer, borrow it if needed. I booked 2 nights, but due to the flight at 8pm, after checking out at 12pm, I asked if I could hire more hours to rest. The receptionist said that staying until 4pm would take 50% of the price as the time I booked. I put on the app for 658,000 / night including breakfast. But when I said that price, the receptionist said, "What is it to do with that price, the room is 800k here?" I gave her the phone to show me the receipt stored on the app, then she continued, "I don't understand why I can get such a cheap price, I should have taken you 500k but now I can get 330k for me" I book on the app, promotions applied by the app, openly public. Does this hotel not know and never associated with this app to introduce hotels to visitors? I want to use coca cola, I said before if fresh water is not in the free bufet part, I will pay the water bill separately.
