I have vacationed at FLC Sam Son about a dozen times, and have tried all three systems: grand, luxury and resort. Although the facilities are somewhat old, compared to this price in the northern region, to be able to stay at a resort with sea front, fresh green grass and flowers, super spacious space and super big swimming pool. I think FLC is still the number 1 choice. It's a bit unfortunate that during the peak season, the Luxury hotel closed the spa and swimming pool there. I think there are still many guests who want to stay and return to FLC Sam Son, so next time the system will be renovated to look more spacious. and newer.

All good service. Clean room. Except for having to wait for a long time to check in, having to wait while the hotel is 5⭐️ hope the hotel can fix that so that everyone who comes to the resort has a happy mood and wants to come back.

Staying in luxury but the hotel is rundown, the hallways don't have air conditioning, it's too hot in this weather, the restaurant staff are not enthusiastic, customers ask as if they don't hear anything. Check in at 3pm but there is only 1 receptionist, customers are lining up crowdedly but the receptionist is changing shifts, changing shifts at the time customers check in ???? The hotel has too many problems to be worthy of the room price and 5-star quality

2 phòng ngủ không rộng lắm nhưng có phòng vệ sinh khép kín. không gian phòng khách và bàn ăn hợp lý. phòng trà tách biệt nhưng không hữu ích lắm. bể bơi ok nhưng lưu ý là nước ngọt chứ không phải nước mặn như bể bơi chính của flc luxury. bể bơi lát đá nên chống trơn nhưng các cạnh khá sắc, dễ gây trầy xước, rách da. vị trí thuận tiện, xe điện đưa đón tiện lợi, nhân viên chăm sóc khách hàng nhiệt tình. có nhiều service tại phòng nhưng nếu có thêm checkin và checkout tại phòng sẽ phù hợp với đẳng cấp phòng này hơn. do gần biển và có bể bơi, thảm cỏ nên nếu mở cửa liên tục thì phòng sẽ có nhiều côn trùng bay vào nhà.

khách sạn rộng, gần biển nhưng cơ sở bắt đầu thấy xuống cấp. Mình đặt phòng garden nên rộng rãi, cả nhà ở thoải mái. Tuy nhiên không có khi vui chơi trong nhà cho trẻ em, đồ ăn sáng không thực sự đa dạng. Nhân viên không chuyên nghiệp lắm, chưa xứng tầm với 1 khách sạn 5 sao

A 5-star hotel but only worth 3 stars, the sauna room is very small, only enough for 4 people to sit, the space is delayed creating an uncomfortable feeling. Unprofessional staff. The lobby on the first floor in the Grand area is very hot, sometimes the air conditioner is turned on, the elevator and corridor are not air-conditioned, the elevator is also very small. Degraded facilities are not invested. Get a nice view. The saltwater swimming pool is very large, pleasing to the eyes, the freshwater swimming pool is also very large, the view from the balcony of the rooms is also beautiful. Breakfast is nothing special. Eat like at a budget hotel. I forgot my things at the hotel, called 4 times but couldn't answer and finally said there was nothing. It's frustrating

Some security problems. When I go out and come back in the afternoon, the security person didn't let me in. I told him that I am a guest stay here, also showed him the booking info, but he still do not accept. Then he took me to the reception to check. The receptionist said that guest check is required each time a guest go out an back in. W**? Is it a 5 star hotel or a prison? He said that guest must always bring the room key for security check. But each room has only 1 key, for multiple persons. W**? Another problem, when I bring the sandals to the swimming pool, it has been stolen.

Khu vực luxury đã khá cũ. Dịch vụ chấp nhận được. Mình đi hầu hết các flc trong cả nước thấy chất lượng công trình trong 3 năm qua hầu hết xuống cấp khá nhanh nên cũng gặp khá nhiều bất tiện trong quá trình lưu trú.

Nhà vệ sinh gạch ố, nhiều chỗ cáu bẩn, ga phủ giường có đám mốc, tất nhiên đó là chỗ phủ chân giường nên mình cũng bỏ qua không yêu cầu thay. khách sạn rất ít khăn, mỗi người được 1 khăn tắm, ngoài ra không còn khăn khác, chỗ phơi cũng ít, dùng dở rất khó xài tiếp, đặt dưới bồn rửa dễ ẩm ướt. Đồ ăn rất bình thường. Bù lại bể bơi to, rất gần biển nên trẻ con thích, mà trẻ con thích nên tạm bỏ qua những thứ không hài lòng khác
