The room itself was very good. Very good value for money with a great breakfast and mostly friendly staff (the security guard was real cool). However, we rented a motorbike. On the second day, the motorbike broke down while we were travelling to visit Sunworld. We were in the middle of nowhere. Eventually we got lucky, and someone who knew a mechanic helped us get to his house to fix the bike. It cost 450 000VND repair. We asked the mechanic to call the hotel to confirm he had fixed the broken bike and he took before and after pictures as evidence. The staff member who answered said she would tell the manager and to speak with them the next day. We spoke with the manager the next day, who denied all knowledge of the situation and said there was no call from the mechanic, and they thought we were lying about the whole incident. We showed them the pictures and gave them the mechanic's phone number. They only conceded after we kept asking them about it. Left a bad taste in our mouths of how they handled the whole situation.

Horrible! Very noisy hotel. Other shout through corridors after 10 PM and the hotel employees do not care at all. On the second day the maid did not clean my room. I think it's not necessary to make an explicit request for room cleaning in a three star hotel. Breakfast poor. Room is nice, but that doesn't help. You better book a different hotel.
