Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service.

Địa điểm khách sạn ở trung tâm Phố cổ, gần quán Bún chả Hàng Mành. Nhân viên thân thiện. Phòng ốc sạch sẽ, có trang trí cánh hoa trên giường và ban công view xuống phố. Buổi sáng buffet theo đánh giá của mình là ổn.

excutive reservations were in sup rooms, rooms with no hot water heater. Non-soundproof rooms. Breakfast included breakfast, but in the morning the hotel owner asked for 2 bowls of noodles with full of tofu to feed. Because of the translation, breakfast is simple. will not come back later. 500k more than 1 night is too expensive. Double bed is a bit small.

Lovely staff, kind pay attention to every detail of the customer. Can bring many things well. The room is clean, wide and suitable for the number of guests. Good facilities But the air conditioner is not cold.

Rooms are clean and airy. Extremely friendly staff, support guests with utmost. You want to book tour, you can contact counselors always, preferential price and good tours. Food is delicious and clean. Close to the old town so walk around to visit spots quite close.
