Spacious Family Room Good Choice when transit in Ho Chi Minh Airport The location at the infront of Airport just walking around 5min.

I stayed overnight for transit, the location is very strategic for transit, because it is very close to the airport, the room is a bit cramped but comfortable, there is a free shuttle bus from the hotel-airport.

Room so nice and free shuttle to airport, very helpful.

The one who pick up us in the evening shuttle on 16th Nov 23 had very bad attitude. And limited halal food.

Spacious rooms, suitable for long-term transit. Around the hotel there are many restaurants and cafes. Free pick-up and drop-off from the airport to the hotel and vice versa.

Overall. A good hotel (with known brand) nearby airport. Location. Prime location very suitable for transit, within walking distance to airport (we didn't try walking but saw some who did it). There are several hotels around but this is the closest and with international brand name. Breakfast/food: we didn't opt for breakfast as we had to leave early. They have starbucks in the lobby which opened at 7am (mind you, unlike stores in airport, this starbucks doesn't accept us$) shuttle. You can book free shuttle pickup from airport to hotel via email/ unfortunately you cannot book shuttle to airport in advance (which made us not being able to get the shuttle time that we wanted initially), bookings for shuttle from hotel to airport is only available once you are checked-in. Service. Honestly I didn't get the best service when doing check-in, maybe it was already late in the evening so everyone was acting not friendly at all in the airport (immigration staff, luggage staff was absolutely rude that time), not to mention I had a bad air sickness during the flight, all I wanted to do was check in quickly at that time to rest. I already gave 2 passports and stated that I had 2 rooms booked under 1 booking. After some time the staff only gave 1 card, when I asked him that I booked 2 rooms he asked me for passport again (which I already returned to my family waiting in the lounge), I don't know if I was being overly sensitive due to fatigue or not. When I checked-out, the service was superb and everyone was very helpful.

Charged because the hair color is dyed with pillowcases & bed sheets, charges are not mentioned. But BP cleaning the room only rotates the bed sheet from the head of the bed to the end of the bed & vice versa, staying at 3 days still has that same sheet, although on the morning of the 2nd day, the receptionist called to charge the fee to dirty the sheet but in the afternoon returned to the room. I still see that sheet reversed 😴😅😂

When I arrived in Airport Tan Son Nhat, no hotel car picked up even I in column 8 as in previous email.

Check in was super fast, convenient locatio which is walking distance from the airport. Nicely set up room with plenty of space for single stay. However it is super noisy in the early morning because of the cleaning service, which means the room has no noise resistant.
