Mình đặt cho Ba Mẹ không trực tiếp trải nghiệm nhưng gọi xác nhận phòng thì thấy Chị tiếp tân khá dễ thương, hỗ trợ nhận phòng sớm khi có phòng trống. Về hỏi Ba Mẹ thì Ba Mẹ khá là ưng ý với dịch vụ ở đây nên mình cho 5 sao nhe. Lần tới lên du lịch thì mình sẽ trực tiếp trải nghiệm. Cảm ơn khách sạn nhiều.

Nice room, clean. Reasonable price. Hotel does not have breakfast, no air conditioning. This month is hot so the afternoon sun shines into the room very hot. Nice city view but there is construction going on so it is inconvenient. Friendly staff, support early check-in. Friendly cleaning ladies

The first time we came and stayed at La Pense'e we really liked it.. very reputable.. good quality... the staff were lovely and enthusiastic.. the view was extremely beautiful.. very satisfied.. if there is a next time we will definitely come back.. ❤️

First time to DL booked a great place to stay, reasonable price, hotel right near the center, easy to go straight from the airport to the hotel, especially to entertainment or sightseeing spots only takes about 15 minutes. The only downside is that the hot water is not very ok, the TV can not be watched

I am very satisfied with the hotel, the attitude of the receptionists and the maids. The room is clean, the toilet is clean, the city view is beautiful, the whole city is visible and close to the inter-provincial bus station. However, the city view is limited in some rooms due to an unfinished house there. If you book a room with a city view, you should call the receptionist to confirm your view needs. I stayed from 12-17.

Nice view, near the center so convenient for walking, motorbike rental is very convenient. The staff is very friendly, the room is clean and airy. Next time I go to Da Lat, I will come back here again. 😄

Great friendly staff. Clean, fragrant bedding. Staff support early check-in. Clean and airy room. Some suggestions: The toilet has a rather unpleasant sewer smell. I hope the hotel can fix this. The toilet floor is too slippery, so plastic slippers should be provided for guests. There are no paper towels on the table for guests, which is quite inconvenient. This is something that every hotel I've been to has. The towels are too old. The room is a bit small and the tables and chairs are a bit big, so it feels a bit cramped.
