My family had a very satisfying stay at Le Recit Hotel. However, if you have a small child, book a room inside because the hotel is not soundproof. My family stayed in room 210 right on the street front, so every time a big car passed by and honked, the baby was startled and cried out 🥹 I hope the hotel pays attention to soundproofing the rooms 🫶🏻

Attentive staff, my car stopped across the street and the staff saw it and helped bring in my suitcase. I needed ice water and called down to ask the receptionist if it was available or not, but 1 minute later someone brought the whole bowl, very nice. The breakfast buffet for me is diverse and delicious, the hotel is beautiful. The only bad point is that the soundproofing is a bit poor.

Dịch vụ và nhân viên tốt mình không chê vấn đề gì. Mình góp ý 1 chút về phòng: mình đặt deluxe twin city view nhưng khi nhận phòng không giống ảnh. Phòng ghép với 1 phòng bên cạnh (mặc dù đã khoá) nhưng vẫn bị ảnh hưởng bởi tiếng ồn. Các bạn nên nghiên cứu lại vì 2 phòng sẽ nghe thấy hết câu chuyện của nhau và sẽ bị khó chịu. Mình đặt 3tr 2 đêm phòng đó nhưng cảm thấy hơi thấy vọng vì với giá đó mình sẽ có thể tìm được phòng khác tốt hơn. Hôm sau các bạn nhân viên có gọi cho mình đổi phòng nhưng còn có 1 đêm mà đồ mình nhiều nên mình không muốn di chuyển nữa.

Definitely will be back again. The staff is really helpful, they gave us a lot of information about local restaurants, tourism attractions, spa, etc. The housekeeping service is also really good. I strongly recommend this hotel for you who want to come to Dalat.

The hotel room is nice and clean. Every day there is a cleaning staff who changes new clothes. The staff is very enthusiastic. The hotel should invest in more uniforms for staff to be more professional. Breakfast food is also quite diverse, but it doesn't really suit my taste.

Nice Location + Decoration + Staff service. But terrible noise canceling system. Unacceptable for this alike 4-stars price. Feel like you are living in a dorm with wooden walls. No respect for private space where you can hear next door talking, talking a bath, moving chairs. I lost my sleep 2 nights completely. Destroying my whole vacation. The receptionist is not professional in handling guests request/concern in a clever way. They are all too junior and not well-trained.
