Room is very damp, no housekeeping despite staying 2 nights. The small room does not say the problem is that the shower toilet leaks water out of the room even though the toilet door is closed. The room is always filled with water. Sound insulation is very poor. Anyone passing by can hear the sound. In the morning, the guests outside were talking very noisy and could not sleep.

Lễ tân thái độ không thân thiện, mình nhận phòng sớm lúc đầu nói charge thêm phí 20% mình ok, lúc sau nói lại là 30-50% và đổ thừa mình nghe nhầm. Thuê xe máy thì không nói rõ cách tính tiền để khách hàng biết (cho thuê tới 22h là tính 1 ngày)

The room is more like a motel than a Villa, the secret and the interior are... at 9:30 a.m. I went to see the music, the gate was closed, the electricity was turned off, but I just went alone with no one to go with :((( In return, the staff is quite good. Location: if you call a taxi or technology driver, tell them that the part is near the end of Pham Hong Thai's intersection with Yersin Street for the driver to save time searching

The room is relatively clean, the water is not very hot, many people using it at the same time will not have enough hot water to shower. Cute, enthusiastic staff. The motorbike rental fee is not reasonable, on February 26, the price is still charged during Tet.

hotel location ok. near the lake. Even though it's cold at night, the hot water is extremely weak even if the water runs for 5~10 minutes, waiting for a long time is only enough to melt the cold of the water. bath but numb the whole body. clean sheets. The hotel has a cool dark sitting restaurant area. Book 2 deluxe rooms for 2 nights

Advantages: Nice hotel, clean, near Xuan Huong Lake, convenient transportation, enthusiastic staff: Soundproofing is poor, in the ground room, then just listen to the moving furniture and the talk outside quite annoying
