Tôi ở khách sạn 2 đêm. Sảnh lễ tân đẹp. Nhân viên khách sạn và nhà hàng đều rất niềm nở nhiệt tình. Phòng đẹp sạch sẽ. Nhà hàng đẹp. Ngày tôi đến Phú Yên trời gió quá nên chưa sử dụng hồ bơi ngoài trời được, nhưng nhìn thì đẹp, nước trong xanh, view vô cực ngắm biển. Điều duy nhất không tốt là bãi giữ xe, tôi mượn xe đạp là theo quyền lợi của khách nghỉ tại ks, mà nhân viên bãi xe không hỗ trợ gì, sai tôi làm này làm kia cứ như tôi qua nhà em đó mượn xe của nó vậy. Rồi tới khi thuê xe máy (cũng là khách sạn cho contact để thuê) thì nhân viên bãi xe (các nhân viên khác luôn) vẫn dửng dưng ngồi đó ngó hoặc không quan tâm, không giúp đẩy xe khác ra cho tôi có chỗ lấy xe. Dưới bãi xe tôi không cảm thấy mình là khách, mà là người đã năn nỉ xin được xài ké và để xe ké nhà họ. Mất vui kì nghỉ. Tôi vẫn đánh giá cao khách sạn vì đã được nhân viên khách sạn giải thích là bảo vệ bãi xe là thuộc toà nhà chứ không phải của riêng khách sạn nên khách sạn chưa quản lý họ theo tiêu chuẩn khách sạn được.

Đến Phú Yên vào đúng ngày mưa nên không trải nghiệm được nhiều. Khách sạn tốt hợp với mức giá. Nhân viên rất thân thiện luôn mỉm cười chào khách. Nếu có dịp sẽ quay trở lại đây.

The staff is very cute (receptionist Phuong) and enthusiastic. The space is luxurious and quiet. I was supported to check in early at around 10am. Any questions were answered. The cleaners as well as the gym and pool trainers all take care of the guests very carefully. It's worth trying, everyone. I booked this 10/10 room 2442. I hope the staff team will always develop like this, will come back many more times. Love u all guys.
