I had a wonderful 3d2d vacation at the hotel. I booked a Superior room and was upgraded to a Deluxe room with Honeymoon concept decoration for free right after the hotel learned that it was my husband and my wife's wedding anniversary trip. Room is clean and comfortable. The staff are professional, polite and really friendly and helpful. The hotel's location is right on Bui Thi Xuan street, so it's convenient to move to locations in the center. Near the hotel there are also many good eating places. The hotel also has motorbike rental service for 160k/motorcycle. Although the breakfast menu is not too diverse, the food is very delicious. Overall, my husband and I were very satisfied with this trip.

My grandmother and I had a great trip and were quite satisfied with the service and quality here. The staff is extremely professional and friendly. The food is delicious and varied, the breakfast buffet changes every day. The rooms are clean and the toilets are attentive. Overall, it is worth the experience.

👉 New hotel, nice room, clean, near the center. 👉 Super enthusiastic staff, from carrying luggage to the room, opening the car door 👉 Although the food is limited, it is delicious, hot food. Small minus point is that the soundproofing in the room is a bit poor. Satisfied, if there is a chance, I will definitely come back

The hotel does not meet 4* standards, the facilities are only #2.5*; the room in the picture has a window but in reality it is fake, stuffy... Poor breakfast, not worthy of a 4* hotel; the hallway lights are off due to having to save electricity, the receptionist tries to argue with the guest about not turning on the hallway lights due to having to save electricity, even though the guest had to fumble around in the dark to get into the hotel room, then turned on the lights but with a resentful and unpleasant attitude. When checking out of the hospital, the receptionist stood there, not caring or helping to push the luggage to the car... the hotel does not meet 4* standards; the service quality is too bad. In general, I will never return to this hotel again.

New hotel built 2-3 years ago, central area near the market, clean, convenient to eat and drink, 5-7 minutes walk to Xuan Huong Lake. The staff is cheerful and friendly, the room is quite spacious, has windows, especially 2-way air conditioning. Breakfast is quite delicious, many dishes. Will continue to support.

Khách san không đạt chuẩn 4*. Nhân viên không thân thiên, mình và me tự kéo vali từ xe vào sảnh,mấy ban belldoor đứng nói chuyện không thèm quan tâm, lúc sau mình tu kéo lên phòng luôn, chẳng cần giúp nữa. Khi có phòng, nhân viên không chu đông lại nói với mẹ mình mà phai đợi mình đi mua đồ về rồi lại hỏi. Khách san để tên welcome là Khách khác, không phải tên mình. Chỉ có các cô don phòng cực kì dễ thương và thân thiện.
