Not a value for money. Staff is very rude. Food quality is pathetic, especially vegetarian options. Breakfast buffet closes before the scheduled time. Basic amenities in the room are also lacking.

The bathroom was too small to fit a bathtub, and when I showered, there was no way to keep the water from dripping onto the floor. After showering, the entire bathroom was soaked. I fell backwards in the bathroom.

The house is 40 floors high, so there are many customers so waiting for the elevator takes a long time. The breakfast buffet is quite bad, with few dishes. unsuitable taste. Unenthusiastic staff (security guard + bell boy).

A great vacation place. The food was delicious, especially on the last day my child was sick and had to go to the hospital. The lobby manager provided extremely great support for weekend visitors, but the room was full but still allowed the mother and child to stay until 5pm. The kitchen manager told the cook to bring his child home and give him a lovely dinosaur. Because I was tired of taking care of my child, I forgot to ask the manager's name. Thank you very much. You are a gentle, thoughtful and very sympathetic person with glasses. If I have the opportunity, I will stay at Muong Thanh many more times.

Ưu điểm: vị trí đẹp, bãi biển tuyệt vời, thuận tiện đi lại tham quan xung quanh Đà Nẵng và Hội An Nhược điểm: thang máy chờ hơi lâu; tầng hầm b2 có thang máy nhưng không sử dụng được rất bất tiện cho khách để xe ô tô ở dưới; đồ ăn sáng ít món lại sắp ưu tiên nhiều món cho người hàn quốc (chắc dạo này bên hàn sang nhiều) nên khách việt chả ăn được gì nhiều; nhân viên lễ tân khá thân thiện nhưng bảo vệ hướng dẫn khách chưa nhiệt tình, chưa thân thiện cho lắm.
