Khách sạn mới & view phòng đẹp. Dịch vụ ok không có gì phàn nàn ngoại trừ đồ ăn. Mình có order cháo thịt bằm thì mang lên là cháo loãng không thấy chút thịt gì.

The room is like the picture, clean, the buffet is a bit less than the standard 4 *, the pool view is very good, the reception and hotel staff are very enthusiastic...will come back next time..

The hotel has not met the 4 * standard, the bathroom always overflows every floor with a bath due to bad drainage, washbasins and tubs that drain very slowly, worn out towels that are too old to replace new towels . Room set for 3 people but bathroom fill only for 2 users, Buffet breakfast is not delicious. However, the staff are very enthusiastic, good service.

Very satisfied with the hotel except the only point is to book a double bed but no coa double bed but the hotel has listed 2 single beds as 1 large bed. Lying is not comfortable with a normal bed. Hopefully the next time you come back the hotel will be more prepared.

A first class hotel for business with a personal touch. As a frequent VN business traveler throughout 4-5 star hotels in Vietnam, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia and I can honestly say the service at this hotel was one of the most personalised I have experienced in 2 years. Sales Team (especially: Ms. Truc, Ms. Hiep), FO Team, bellman were all exceptionally friendly, helpful and professional, they gave me very warm welcome with delicious welcome drinks. The hotel decor was beautiful and room was tastefully decorated, with all the facilities I needed, FO staff always quickly got to know me and my preferences - great personalised service. The location was ideal in centre, near to the beach by walking, amazing street foods around hotel. I recommend this hotel whole heartedly!

The key of my room doesn't work but the receiptionist requested me to come to their check in counter for changing new one. Please respect your customer and aware that if mistake comes from your side, please fix it, don't ask your customer serving you. Thanks.

It's great to be in Nagar. I and my girlfriend had a wonderful 2/9 holiday. When I book, I have notes when I check in, when I get to the place everything I get is as expected. I arrived earlier than planned and was arranged by my boss to check in immediately. The service attitude of the receptionists under the showroom is very good, the hotel is right according to what advertised, all utilities, buffet are very good. I will definitely return to Nagar when I arrive in Nha Trang city, or in which city has Nagar's branch

Clean, modern hotel. Delicious breakfast. Friendly, polite staff demonstrate that hotel management works very scientifically. However, the room area is quite small, not near the sea, walking takes 5 minutes.

Didn't expect such a great hotel in an alley of Nha Trang. Excellent amenities and customer service. We got upgraded to a room with great balcony seaview and there is nothing to complain about this hotel. Local food stores are nearby and the staffs are very helpful and friendly in introducing them to us. Especially, Binh Nhi, Tran, Nguyen, and Huy, thank you for your great help. I will definitely come back again in the future.

I had a great vacation here. Room quality and utility services are quite good. Friendly, cheerful, enthusiastic staff. Buffet with many dishes and the taste is quite moderate. If I have the opportunity to return to Nha Trang, I will definitely be here and ready to introduce it to my friends and acquaintances.
