Upon check-in, you are required to bring ID Card. The required documents can be in the form of soft copy.

* Pool Access Villa is for adults only (kids below 10 years old are not accepted).
Children policy: Maximum 1 child under 10 years old per bedroom can share bed with parents and will be surcharged as below: - Children under 4 years of age will stay and have breakfast free of charge if sharing bed with parents. - Children 4-9 years old will be charged (including breakfast) at 250.000 VND net/ child/ night if sharing bed with parents. - Second child from 4 – 9 years old or children 10 years and over are considered as adults. Extra bed/ Sofa bed is required at 1.440.000 VND net/ bed/ night including breakfast only. Maximum is 1 extra bed/sofa bed for each bedroom. Complimentary shuttle bus to Hue City is available from the Property at 9:00, 12:00, 13:00, 15:00, 17:00, 19:00 and from Bus stop at 12:30, 13:30, 15:30, 17:30, 19:30, 21:30. Shuttle bus A: daily use except for 19:00, 19:30 and 21:30 on weekend Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Shuttle bus B: only for bus 19:00, 19:30 and 21:30 on weekend Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Bus stop in town: A: The Tropical Garden restaurant at 27 Chu Van An street. B: 26 Nguyen Thai Hoc Street. • The shuttle bus service is complimentary and subject to availability of 14 seats maximum. • Please book your seat at Front Office 30 minutes in advance. • Should you request in different time from the above schedule, it will be charged 150.000 VND per person/net/per way (2 persons minimum) and upon availability.
Cash or Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount VND 1 million per room per night of your stay to cover your incidentals. The authorization will hold the amount until check- out day, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. The balance will be released on the date of check- out latest by 17:00 but the amount will be back to your account within 2-4 weeks depending on your bank.
