Tuy 3* nhưng chất lượng phòng và dịch vụ CSKH không khác gì 5*. Phòng rất đẹp, sạch sẽ, đủ tiện ích cơ bản. Nhân viên hỗ trợ nhiệt tình, chu đáo. Khách sạn còn liên kết với nhà xe limousine để đi các tỉnh nữa. Chắc chắn sẽ refer cho bạn bè và quay lại khi mình đến Hải Phòng.

The service quality is too poor, the male receptionist came to see the customer coming in the morning and did not bother to come down to assist with the luggage, when he came to ask us today, the room was full and the customer did not come down. God, the staff is extremely bad, the uniform is not worn, the price I put on here is also nearly 700k / 1 night. So bad, so frustrating

Nice clean hotel, close to the center. Although 3 *, the rooms are arranged very well. The price after applying the discount code is still quite cheap. Should choose a hotel if choosing the criteria of delicious and cheap 🤩

Room is clean, quite ok but a bit expensive for the price, especially the quality of service. This is a 2 star hotel, not a 3 star. The daytime receptionist felt very uncomfortable with the guests, like it was coming! At check in was not happy, guests asked anything difficult answer. In the morning we went to breakfast, she figured in the face that "late check-out is to charge me more money!". When we were cleaning the room to check out, we called "do you check out? Or stay". At 12 o'clock than we left, she still added "she should have collected another 100k". It was raining that day, so we came home so late. Normally I stay, the hotel always knows the flexibility for customers. From the time I checked in to check out, I was not happy with the receptionist, I felt like I just wanted to chase and collect more money from the guests. Certainly the next time will not come back!
