I stayed at room 1425 at Tet holiday. Everything was okay. But I think Ad should change air conditioner (too hot) and add one washing machine like in the photo! Thanks.

Boring experience Family room with only 2 pairs of slippers, dirty balcony with no black, room with spider webs, the most boring thing is staying in a hotel for 2 days and 1 night and spending 95k for parking for 2 cars 🙂

Parking is inconvenient but it's okay because I'm going near Tet so the car will be parked on the sidewalk, I have to park and walk a bit far about 200-300m. But on weekdays it's probably ok because there are less tourists.

- There is no receptionist at Apec (security guard and receptionist) because all customers who come to stay here contact the person they booked a room with and the staff will come down to lead you to the room. So when you check in, you go to the 2nd floor behind the building because there is none there, because Apec seems to have not completed the mall project yet. About Apec rooms / amenities: There are 5 elevators that are not blocked, if you want to go to your room, you have to swipe your room card to be allowed to go up. There are 2 swimming pools on the 6th and 10th floors. You have to pay a fee of 90-120k / depending on whether you are in the guest room outside the accommodation / apartment guests. My room with a city view is quite okk as the picture I took. However, the 2-person room only has 1 pair of slippers, the refrigerator is leaking water. The bathroom is quite clean, hot and cold, the bed is clean and soft, there is a hair dryer, there is a chill balcony, the TV only has YouTube, no Netflix.

The room is fully equipped, central location 500m from the sea, the room is a bit dusty on the bed frame, not significant, neat and clean. The staff checked in quickly but not very friendly. Overall everything is ok. If I come back, I will continue to use the hotel's service, hope my review will help the hotel improve more.

Nice location, convenient to travel, but room service needs improvement: No closet, only hanger, empty mini bar, only 2 bottles of water for 2 days and can't call the reception to bring more water. Instead, have to buy it yourself.
