Boring experience Family room with only 2 pairs of slippers, dirty balcony with no black, room with spider webs, the most boring thing is staying in a hotel for 2 days and 1 night and spending 95k for parking for 2 cars 🙂

Parking is inconvenient but it's okay because I'm going near Tet so the car will be parked on the sidewalk, I have to park and walk a bit far about 200-300m. But on weekdays it's probably ok because there are less tourists.

- There is no receptionist at Apec (security guard and receptionist) because all customers who come to stay here contact the person they booked a room with and the staff will come down to lead you to the room. So when you check in, you go to the 2nd floor behind the building because there is none there, because Apec seems to have not completed the mall project yet. About Apec rooms / amenities: There are 5 elevators that are not blocked, if you want to go to your room, you have to swipe your room card to be allowed to go up. There are 2 swimming pools on the 6th and 10th floors. You have to pay a fee of 90-120k / depending on whether you are in the guest room outside the accommodation / apartment guests. My room with a city view is quite okk as the picture I took. However, the 2-person room only has 1 pair of slippers, the refrigerator is leaking water. The bathroom is quite clean, hot and cold, the bed is clean and soft, there is a hair dryer, there is a chill balcony, the TV only has YouTube, no Netflix.

The room lacks amenities (no toiletries usually available in hotels), the staff only work at 8am, it's difficult to contact the reception, cleanliness is only 5 VND, with this price in Phu Yen, this hotel is not good

Staff were friendly and enthusiastic. Proactively contact your family in advance for instructions and ask for check-in time. Spacious room with city view, fully equipped like home, kitchen, washing machine,... Very satisfied, will support again if I come to Tuy Hoa.
