I booked 4 rooms, was put in the B zone of the hotel where it seemed like no one stayed for a whole year. Although I informed the check-in confirmation in advance, when I checked in, it was dirty, dusty and moldy. Dirt from the floor, night lights to curtains. Toilet is yellow mold as shown. All 4 rooms have to call to have staff come up to clean the room. There is 1 room with air conditioning problems ... The location of the hotel is very good, near the boat station to visit Phong Nha cave. But the room is so dirty!!!

I chose this hotel because I thought it was a Saigon tourist hotel system so it met the standard. This hotel was old and no longer in standard condition. However, it is worth mentioning that the room price is too high, breakfast only has 2 fried eggs and bread. Fruit is the new question. But everything can be understood and understood but the worst thing is when checking out they charge 2 packages of instant coffee 20k, I am really disappointed ... hope Saigon tourist hotel system review the business This business so as not to lose the image and reputation that has built up so long!

Rooms are dirty and smell bad. Air-conditioner did not work well. We could not sleep 'cause it was too hot. Breakfast was extremely bad.

The hotel location is very nice but the hotel is much degraded. Wet rooms, bathroom with no water, no towels in the room. Poor breakfast. We booked a room here for 3-star hotels and a famous tourist brand in Ho Chi Minh City. Ho Chi Minh managed but very disappointed. Need to say more is a polite, enthusiastic staff.

The hotel was old but extremely clean, we arrived at the hotel at 10:00 am and the staff had checked in the room to rest after riding a motorbike from Dong Hoi. The hotel is next to the boat station to Phong Nha, so it is very convenient for those who want to visit Phong Nha eagle

Yourself in Room 1 bed clean furnished (hear employees say this room is a VIP lounge here), immediately pier go Phong Nha convenient, I find to 4 * but reality shows are not very professional (type like family hotel í), book a room at there include the morning breakfast but they did not see anything. Overall I found this hotel in the Phong Nha area is also in the form of the best hotels.

In general, I like the hotel; for the following points: - it is exactly near Phong Nha Kebang, just some steps away. - the hotel's staff are friendly, open & useful. - I arrived earlier in the morning 8am & they were so nice to accept my early check in, & late check-out the next day (2pm )without any extra - charge- love this There are some limitation, as below: - facilities seems old, we touched sth like lights, umbrella & they are broken at that time( I had to pay 50000 VND for that umbrella)- there are some spots on blanket
