I arrived early and the hotel supported early check in. Although the hotel does not have an elevator, the walking stairs have beautiful views, each floor has a spacious common yard, ok view, beautiful photography. Room is clean, comfortable.

Good location, nice resort style in the center. I loved the big terraces and the awesome view. The staff is super friendly. They communicate in English very well. The room is spacious and even the room for 3 is worth to pay for.

I have a small child but the web did not pay attention to help, the hotel took us to the 8th floor without an elevator so it was very tired and inconvenient for our family ... so be more careful

It’s the third time I had came back. Everything was good as the first time, the hotel also much more developer with many facilities and services as well. The guest service agents are very friendly and helpful, they always smile and take care of all guests. However, the restaurant staffs were not so enthusiastic, when I came for breakfast in the first day they didn’t ask me for any supporting, I can understand that they were busy cause there was a lot of guest but they even didn’t smile. They made me confused a bit about rating for the hotel. Also, wifi in my room was not so good, it’s low connected. This review is not a complaint, it’s just my opinion to help Sapa village better. I’m sure that I will come back next time, I love this place.

In addition, the 2h newspaper I was checked in, but at check-in, I told not to, waiting for an additional 30p while I have young children. The receptionist at the time of 3, 5 and 5 talk, did not bother to ask guests until I asked first. Breakfast was also very boring

This was my first time came to Sapa. I came to hotel kinda early and the hotel let me check in immediately and got free upgraded. The room was super clean and comfortable, breakfast was fantastic! The staff were excellent, Mr Thao at the front desk helped me to rend motobike, Ms Luong at restaurant took care of my breakfast and always ask me if I need anything for my stay. The location was next to the lake, easy to walk to the church and the stadium. I will come back here when I come to Sapa next time!

At the beginning of the booking, the hotel described the room as "Superior with balcony", however after checking back, Sup room had no balcony, I contacted the website and received the news that the hotel would upgrade the room. I am Deluxe and not surcharge (after question, the hotel also edit the description also). This upgrade has been confirmed before the check-in date of more than 2 weeks (at that time there are still Deluxe rooms). However, when staying, the hotel said it was out of Deluxe room so I can not upgrade. I know that 100% of the hotels do not want to upgrade themselves (on the third day in the hotel, then there are many empty Deluxe rooms), I do not want to crave a lot when the attitude is reluctant So I also shelves. Generally, I would like to send a message to the hotel that if I can not satisfy the customer, do not promise and excuse, I do not ask for an upgrade or anything from the beginning, I was just wondering about the room I put up, so expect the hotel less "hanging head goats selling dog" so. Another thing is service is quite bad, you receptionist talk with both the attitude as the boss - I hope you upgrade the professionalism of the staff before;) Anyway the room is quite clean (except gas full electric water (except the toilet bowl is very weak and jerked back to the new), the balcony is quite pretty wide, and the doctor is nice and nice so the hotel should be good , only staff and bad work attitude.
